            Mary Baker Eddy wrote a poem, had it illustrated, and titled it Christ and Christmas.  It was released on December 2, 1893.

The Witnesses

            Even though we are finished with the bulk of Paul Smillie’s article, I would like to present a little pamphlet that he also put out, that I feel is of importance in understanding Mary Baker Eddy’s place in Bible prophecy.  It is called “Romanism and The Two Witnesses” (he capitalized the word The, which I think he probably did not need to do).

A SYMBOL BEHIND A KEYHOLE

            On a recent episode (December 5, 2020) of Ancient Aliens on the HISTORY Channel, the topic was the keyhole.  They mentioned that the keyhole symbol has been used throughout history and they showed examples of buildings, little islands, wells, that have the shape of a keyhole.  Well, even the cul-de-sac street that I live on has the shape of a keyhole and I am sure nothing symbolic was meant by it.  One shape they showed was that of a pyramid with a circle on top of it.  I feel that this could be symbolic of a person.  However, they explained that it was the sun (circle) representing heaven and a pyramid (triangle) representing earth, and the two being connected was heaven and earth as one.  But why not go even further with their analogy and say that the circle represents the head while the triangle represents the body – or – divine Mind (God and Christ) of the circle and the triangle (man) are united as One Being.  We also have mentioned in the BIBLE, by Paul, that the body is the wife and the head is the husband. 

            Not all keyhole shapes have a pyramid shape, but a rectangular shape to it (see the diagram below).

WHAT CAN THE BIBLE TEACH US?

Do Jehovah’s Witnesses Understand What the BIBLE Really Says?
            How much do they know about BIBLE history and its writing?  Do they even know or care that there are two distinct creation accounts in Genesis?  One is called the Elohistic Document and it is about the spiritual creation done by Elohim-Shaddai, the second is called the Jehovistic Document and it is about an allegorical creation of a material world and man created by the Lord God Jehovah.  Jehovah is their main God, the one that is most important to the Witnesses.  These two documents were not even written down (into the Torah) until the Jews (not the Israelites) were taken into Babylonian captivity.  Any accounts of creation before this time, as well as stories about the Patriarchs, were handed down through verbal story telling.

Hartsook.  Before I begin I would like to explain that Bliss Knapp was a personal student of Mary Baker Eddy’s.  He understood who she was and her place in Bible prophecy, and he never forgot it.  Unfortunately, the Board of Directors were not wanting the Truth about Mary Baker Eddy to be published by Knapp.   {My interpolations will be in this type of bracket.}

There Is Only One Christ

            I have received comments that I am wrong in stating that Mary Baker Eddy is the Second Coming of Christ, because she stated that Christian Science is the Second Coming of Christ, and that she makes it clear that there is only one Christ.  Am I wrong to state that Mary Baker Eddy, instead of Christian Science, is the Second Coming of Christ?
