Government Shutdown and Border Problems

PAUL RYAN CAUSED THE GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN
            It is funny how things happen, I have held off publishing this post for a while now because I have not finished proof reading everything and polishing it up.  Yet, yesterday and today I have heard two other people blame Paul Ryan for the government shutdown!  The following is what I wrote before hearing those two people make their comments.
            Why do I say that Paul Ryan is the cause of the government shut down that began in December 2018, when he is not in office any more?
            It is simple to explain why he is to blame – he had the majority of Republicans in the House for two years, and he did nothing to help President Trump build the wall by getting the funds needed.  Instead he passed that nasty Omnibus Bill in 2017.  That is the Bill that President Trump should have vetoed!  But he did not do it because it had all that money for the military in it.
