Recently a friend called up asking me if I had seen the latest Star Wars movie. I told her no. The reason I did not go see the movie, as I am a big fan of Star Wars, is because I just do not go to the movie theaters any more. After speaking to my friend, I did get to a bookstore to purchase a copy of the book (written by Alan Dean Foster).
Because my friend was unfamiliar with the six previous movies I decided to write a basic outline of it for her. But it turned out to be more than I had originally intended. So what you read below is what it blossomed into.

Star Wars outline

The Light Side of the Force is practiced by the Jedi Knights

Rule – there is the Jedi Master and his Padawan (which is Sanskrit meaning “learner”) apprentice (but there are many Jedi, even the Jedi council). The Jedi are knights, so the Padawan would sort of be a knave.

There is the Jedi Temple, run by the Jedi Masters. Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) destroys this organized religious temple in Revenge of the Sith.
I was not sure where George Lucas’s use of the word Jedi came from, so I went to Wikipedia. Actually, it is a pretty good article if you just type in Jedi on your searcher and then go into the Wikipedia. But the article says that Jedi could be from the Japanese jidaigeki (anyone speak Japanese who can translate?). It is also said that the name is associated with Jed, which means “friend of God; beloved of God”. I do like this meaning. However, for years I have translated it as a shortened version of a name found in the Bible – Jediael, which means “knowledge of God, understanding of God.” To me Jediael means, “Science of God.” So, Jedi is the Science of God.
It is said that the Jedi have a religion. The Jedi are based upon many things, mythology and symbolism, ancient knighthood, many philosophies, some eastern religions, but Christian Science is not mentioned as one. This is why Jedi Knights fail to “cast out sin, heal the sick, cleanse the lepers [terminally ill], and raise the dead.”

The Dark Side of the Force is practiced by the Sith Lords

Rule – there are the Sith Master and his Lord apprentice, always two, no more. However, in later stories (maybe having nothing to do with George Lucas?) there are the Sith Inquisitors (nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!) who use the Force and have lightsabers.

The word Darth is usually placed in front of their chosen names. For instance there is Darth Vader, also called Lord Vader. Darth is a title name, perhaps signifying a type of royalty? Lord is easy to understand that one thinks he is God. I think that Vader is short for invader. Evil invades Anakin Skywalker and turns him to the Dark Side. Animal magnetism tries to invade our thoughts twenty-four seven! Christian Science is the only system of science that teaches us how to cast out animal magnetism (sin). It is sin (animal magnetism) that is behind sickness, disease, and death.
Sith means: “since”. The words “when” and “because” have to do with “since.” What ye sow so shall ye reap. Sith definitely has to do with the belief in time. I think it means that the Sith are always looking back to yesterday’s regrets and troubled past, this helps fuel their anger and hatred. They fight so hard to make their future into what they think it should be, even though they use manipulation and evil purposes to bring their vision, of what the future should be, alive! A Sith Lord utilizes animal magnetism.

What is the Force?

The Force is energy, it is not specified if this energy is material or spiritual. Perhaps the Light Side of the Force is spiritual and the Dark Side of the Force is material. The Force surrounds us and binds everyone and everything together as one. In the first trilogy I felt that the Force was God, Spirit. However, there is reason to think that George Lucas never thought of the Force as being spiritual but a material energy because in the second trilogy there is much talk about midi-chlorines (not sure of the spelling) microorganisms of life. We would not be able to see, with the eyes, these little microorganisms, but they are supposed to be intelligent and what make up the Force. They would be creators of life. Are these midi-chlorines God? Lucas does not say. Mary Baker Eddy tells us, “There is no intelligence in matter.” So there could be no intelligent midi-chlorines (plural) organizing matter into many minds (plural). Perhaps these midi-chlorines are supposed to be spiritually organizers? Again, Lucas never told us. The idea of material organisms (if that is what they are) having intelligence sort of turned me off of the Force, as I always felt before the second trilogy came out that the real Force (if there really would be such a thing) is God. The Dark Side of the Force would be nothing, error, illusion, animal magnetism, etc. The Dark Side is the Adam dream that matter is reality.
Symbolically, however, I have interpreted the midi-chlorines as being the Christ mediator (midi). Chlorine is a greenish (Life) yellowish (Soul) gas (infinity) that is used to purify (the Spirit of the Law is used to purify) water (the Letter of the Law). The Word is the first living creature for the divine infinite calculus which is assigned to the inner branch of the Golden Candlestick of Life-Science. The two synonymous terms for God placed upon this inner branch are Soul and Life (the Letter of the Law), yet when we have the order as Life and Soul this has to do with the Spirit of the Law.
A cousin of mine, who is not a Christian Scientist but is a very religious Christian, made it clear that the Force is not God. I did not argue with him then, and now, I sort of have to agree with him. But let us say symbolically speaking that the Force (the Light Side anyway) does symbolize God in the movies.

Protocol droid C-3PO

Protocol “a code prescribing strict adherence to correct etiquette and precedence (as in diplomatic exchange and in the military services).”[1] Another interesting thing found under the word is the following: “protokollon first sheet of a papyrus roll bearing data of manufacture”. C-3PO certainly is symbolic of the Word, as he speaks many languages (humanoid and mechanic). Han Solo gives him the nickname of Golden Rod. To me this refers to the Golden Rule – “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
I feel that the ways that C-3PO changes throughout the series is of symbolic importance, and one must ask why physical things always happening to C-3PO’s body. It is of utmost importance that C-3PO’s Maker is Anakin Skywalker. C-3PO is always saying, “Thank the Maker!” Saying this let us assume that C-3PO represents the material body, commonly thought of as man, which is transformed during the Seven Days (Genesis 1-2:3). Anakin Skywalker and C-3PO must be compared side by side in this scientific order.
Episode I – C-3PO is naked (Adam [Anakin] is innocent [a child] until he eats the serpent’s [Palpatine’s] forbidden fruit). Anakin has no material father.
Genesis i. 3. And God said, Let there be light; and there was light.
“Immortal and divine Mind presents the idea of God: first, in light; second, in reflection; third, in spiritual an immortal forms of beauty and goodness. But this Mind creates no element nor symbol of discord and decay. God creates neither erring thought, mortal life, mutable truth, nor variable love.
Genesis i. 4. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
“God, Spirit, dwelling in infinite light and harmony from which emanates the true idea, is never reflected by aught but the good.” (S&H 503:18-504:2)
C-3PO is separated from his Maker (Anakin), when Anakin leaves Tatooine to train as a Jedi Knight. C-3PO may perhaps feel deserted (in the desert of Tatooine). Anakin (a prodigal son) leaves his mother behind him, never looking back (for this is the way of the Sith) while C-3PO remains to serve Anakin’s Motherhood. Yet Anakin will be present with his Bride (temporarily).

Episode II – C-3PO has grey metal casing (Even though Anakin [Adam] is a Padawan learner he also believes himself to be a material person [grey] – born of a corporeal woman). C-3PO gets decapitated (separated or divided). His head is placed on the body of a battle droid while a battle droid’s head is placed upon C-3PO’s body. This is a belief in duality that both matter and Spirit exist as reality.
Genesis i. 6. And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
“Spiritual understanding [the Third Degree], by which human conception, material sense [3PO’s body], is separated from Truth [what C-3PO’s true consciousness symbolizes when it becomes gold plated – the gold Christ-head], is the firmament. The divine Mind, not matter, creates all identities, and they are forms of Mind, the ideas of Spirit apparent only as Mind [the gold Christ-head], never as mindless matter nor the so-called material senses [the battle droid body].
Genesis i. 7. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
“Spirit imparts the understanding which uplifts consciousness and leads into all truth. The Psalmist saith: ‘The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea [that the dominant right foot stands upon].’ Spiritual sense is the discernment of spiritual good. Understanding is the line of demarcation between the real and unreal. Spiritual understanding unfolds Mind, — Life, Truth, and Love, — and demonstrates the divine sense, giving the spiritual proof of the universe in Christian Science.
“This understanding is not intellectual [the droid head], is not the result of scholarly attainments; it is the reality of all things brought to light. God’s ideas reflect the immortal, unerring, and infinite. The mortal, erring, and finite are human beliefs, which apportion to themselves a task impossible for them, that of distinguishing between the false and the true. Objects utterly unlike the original do not reflect that original. Therefore matter, not being the reflection of Spirit, has no real entity. Understanding is a quality of God, a quality which separates Christian Science form supposition and makes Truth final. (S&H505:4-506:7 [My interpolations.]_
It is the divine infinite calculus (R2-D2) that separates C-3PO’s head from the material body (war between the Spirit and the flesh) and reunites it to C-3PO’s true body, which is now prepared for its divinity (gold casing) – marriage between the Lamb and the Lamb’s wife takes place is sacred secrecy.

Episode III – Anakin Skywalker is a good Jedi Knight and has propagated his divine seed. Symbolically his seed is divine propagation for it will bring balance to the Force. C-3PO has gold casing (is mostly divine), but his right leg (from the knee downward) is silver (human).
Genesis i. 13. And the evening and the morning were the third day.
“The third stage in the order of Christian Science is an important one to the human thought [the silver leg/foot], letting in the light of spiritual understanding [becoming a Jedi Knight of divinity – gold casing]. This period corresponds to the resurrection, when Spirit is discerned to be the Life of all, and the deathless Life, or Mind, dependent upon no material organization [Jedi Temple]. Our Master reappeared to his students, — to their apprehension he rose from the grave, — on the third day of his ascending thought, and so presented to them the certain sense of eternal Life.” (S&H 508:26-509:8; [My interpolations])
The opposite takes place with Anakin, for Anakin Skywalker’s sense of eternal Life seems to die when he turns to the Dark Side of the Force. Padme (the Lamb’s wife) tells Obi-Wan Kenobi that she knows there is still good in him. This exact spiritual idea will be presented again by Luke Skywalker, the Christ Son (Sun or Star). The balance of Soul insists that the Christ must be represented as masculine (Luke) and feminine (Leia). And Luke is actually born before Leia just as Jesus was born before Mary Baker Eddy.
Genesis i. 12. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
“God determines the gender of His own ideas. Gender is mental, not material. The seed within itself is the pure thought emanating from divine Mind. The feminine gender is not yet expressed in the text. Gender means simply kind or sort, and does not necessarily refer either to masculinity or femininity. The word is not confined to sexuality, and grammars always recognize a neuter gender, neither male nor female. The Mind or intelligence of production names the female gender last in the ascending order of creation. The intelligent individual idea, be it male or female, rising from the lesser to the greater, unfolds the infinitude of Love.” (S&H 508:9-25; [My interpolations.]
Senator Bail (steward) Organa takes Leia to his wife on Alderan. They adopt Leia (she is chosen) and she grows up to be Princess Organa (organization based upon Principle). Even if her adopted mother is a queen or is not a queen, Amidala was once Queen of Naboo. C-3PO winds up having his memories erased. This means that C-3PO no longer remembers who his Maker is; he has no memories of Anakin Skywalker. Bail Organa takes custody of C-3PO and R2-D2.
Obi-Wan Kenobi, who will take on the name of Ben, takes Luke to Tatooine. He gives Luke to his step-uncle and step-aunt. Luke is given his father’s surname, for he must walk in heaven. Owen is Luke’s uncle through remarriage not through blood (matter).

Episode IV – Anakin Skywalker is forgotten by Darth Vader and C-3PO has forgotten who his Maker is.
C-3PO and R2-D2 land on Tatooine, a planet with two suns. This is the same planet where C-3PO is created, even if he does not remember it. Luke Skywalker becomes C-3PO’s new Master.
Genesis i. 15. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: He made the stars also.
“The sun is a metaphorical representation of Soul outside the body, giving existence and intelligence to the universe. Love alone can impart the limitless idea of infinite Mind. Geology has never explained the earth’s formations; it cannot explain them. There is no Scriptural allusion to solar light until time has been already divided into evening and morning; and the allusion to fluids (Genesis i.2) indicates a supposed formation of matter by the resolving of fluids into solids, analogous to the suppositional resolving of thoughts into material things.
“Light is a symbol of Mind, of Life, Truth, and Love, and not a vitalizing property of matter. Science reveals only one Mind, and this one shining by its own light and governing the universe, including man, in perfect harmony. This Mind forms ideas, its own images, subdivides and radiates their borrowed light, intelligence, and so explains the Scripture phrase, ‘whose seed is in itself.’ Thus God’s ideas ‘multiply and replenish the earth.’ The divine Mind supports the sublimity, magnitude, and infinitude of spiritual creation.” (S&H 510:13-511:6)
I use to think that the moon (a lesser light which would be counterfeited in A New Hope as the Death Star) and the sun (a greater light) were symbols for the two great lights. But I no longer feel this way. The two great lights are really two Suns (Sons of God), two Stars. The lesser light (going back to what Mary Baker Eddy writes about the Third Day of Soul) is the masculine representative of the Christ (Jesus) while the greater light is the feminine representative of the Christ (Mary Baker Eddy). In Star Wars Luke is the lesser light while Leia is the greater light. In the Bible’s Fourth Day (of Principle) we have the lesser light of Judah and the greater light of Israel. There is also the lesser light of the kings and the greater light of the prophets.
In this saga C-3PO is attacked by Tuskin Raiders (sand people) and they tear off his left arm (womanhood). It is repaired (restored) by Ben (“the introduction of a more spiritual origin; a gleam of the infinite idea of the infinite Principle…” S&H 582 10-12) Kenobi.

Episode V – C-3PO gets shot and dismembered because he sees the enemy’s presence; Chewbacca puts C-3PO’s head on backwards before assembling his arms. It is R2-D2 who completes C-3PO. In Spirit there was the separation between head and body on the assembly line and then the assembling of head with wrong body and wrong head with body. Now, in the tone of Life, there is a separation of all body parts. Does Chewbacca do C-3PO a favor when he puts his head on backwards? Is this the Eddy method? Perhaps C-3PO needs this new point of view in order to grow spiritually?
Just as Jesus Christ comes (as the first coming of Christ) in the Fifth Day of Life, so does Darth Vader’s own Christhood, Luke, come to him in the fifth episode. Vader resists the Christ Truth and cuts off the right hand that feeds him (gives him Life).

Episode VI – While being Jabba the Hutt’s (the serpent’s) property (slave) C-3PO is hit, he falls to the ground and green grease is seen on his body and face. Later on one of Hutt’s pets pulls off one of C-3PO’s eyes. Later on the Ewoks worship him like a god (Even though it is the Son of God [Luke] who does the works of the Christ it is personal sense, a golden [divine] idol, that gets the credit for the miracles.) Anakin Skywalker must stop idolizing Palpatine (the serpent is the red dragon). He accomplishes this feat when he wakes up to how animal magnetism crucifies his own Christ nature through electricity. Anakin throws the red dragon into the pit.
Genesis i. 26. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
“The eternal Elohim includes the forever, universe. The name Elohim is in the plural, but this plurality of Spirit does not imply more than one God, nor does it imply three persons in one. It relates to the oneness, the tri-unity of Life, Truth, and Love. ‘Let them have dominion.’ Man is the family name for all ideas, —the sons and daughters of God. All that God imparts moves in accord with Him, reflecting goodness and power.
“Your mirrored reflection is your own image or likeness. If you lift a weight, your reflection does this also. If you speak, the lips of this likeness move in accord with yours. Now compare man before the mirror to his divine Principle, God. Call the mirror divine Science, and call man the reflection. Then note how true, according to Christian Science, is the reflection to its original. As the reflection of yourself appears in the mirror, so you, being spiritual, are the reflection of God. The substance, Life, intelligence, Truth, and Love, which constitute Deity, are reflected by His creation; and when we subordinate the false testimony of the corporeal senses [the red dragon] to the facts of Science, we shall see this true likeness and reflection everywhere.” (S&H 515:11-516:8; [My interpolation.])
When Luke is tested in The Empire Strikes Back he sees his own face (in Darth Vader’s helmet) reflecting back. Luke recognizes that he is the image and likeness of his own Father (Life). Yet when Anakin returns to Truth (of the Jedi) he sees his own true reflection in his Son, Luke.
“God fashions all things, after His own likeness. Life is reflected in existence, Truth in truthfulness, God in goodness, which impart their own peace and permanence. Love, redolent with unselfishness, bathes all in beauty and light. The grass beneath our feet silently exclaims, ‘The meek shall inherit the earth.’ The modest arbutus sends her sweet breath to heaven. The great rock gives shadow and shelter. The sunlight glints from the church-dome, glances into the prison-cell, glides into the sick-chamber, brightens the flower, beautifies the landscape, blesses the earth. Man, make in His likeness, possesses and reflects God’s dominion over all the earth. Man and woman as coexistent and eternal with God forever reflect, in glorified quality, the infinite Father-Mother God.” (S&H 516:9)

Episode VII – C-3PO’s divine golden left arm and hand of Womanhood are replaced with a red arm and hand. I feel that the color of red has more to do with divine Mind than it has to do with mortal mind. But I do not know the story of what happened to C-3PO. Perhaps the next two movies will reveal what happened to C-3PO. But I do feel like the following may explain the arm and hand.
“Genesis ii. 2. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rest4ed on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.
“God rests in action. Imparting has not impoverished, can never impoverish, the divine Mind. No exhaustion follows the action of this Mind [red arm and hand], according to the apprehension of divine Science. The highest and sweetest rest, even from a human standpoint, is in holy work.
“Unfathomable Mind is expressed. The depth, breadth, height, might, majesty, and glory of infinite Love fill all space. That is enough! Human language can repeat only an infinitesimal part of what exists. The absolute ideal, man, is no more seen nor comprehended by mortals, than is his infinite Principle, Love. Principle and its idea, man, are coexistent and eternal. The numerals of infinity, called seven days, can never be reckoned according to the calendar of time. These days will appear as mortality disappears, and they will reveal eternity, newness of Life, in which all sense of error forever disappears and thought accepts the divine infinite calculus [BB-8 and R2-D2].” (S&H 519:22-520:15; [My interpolations.])

The Phantom Menace (Episode 1, part 4)
This episode came out in theatres in May 1999. This was the year of the Big Giant Head, for in the same month and same year, on the television show Third Rock From the Sun, prophecy was fulfilled. It was in 1996 that I dreamed about the Ghost Museum, with the Big Giant Head being William Shatner (decapitated). I was investigating sightings of ghosts in the museum and I was in a room with a poem and an illustration of a giant’s body. The giant was sitting on a wooden chair and his head was cut off by the edge of the drawing. In front of his chest was a floating head of actor William Shatner (also known as Captain James T. Kirk).
This prophecy was fulfilled when I was in Michigan (in May 1999) and I saw my sister-in-law’s magnet of Captain Kirk on her fridge. Kirk’s head was decapitated from his body. None of the other Star Trek character’s heads were decapitated; only Shatner’s head was separated from his body. That very same night aired Third Rock From the Sun, with William Shatner as the Big Giant Head. In the dream I asked the man working behind the information desk at the museum why William Shatner was chose for the drawing (which I saw in the room where ghosts were being sighted). He said, “Because I thought it would be funny.” God, the man with information, knew that William Shatner was to be this Big Giant Head and filled me in on this secret three years before the event took place.[2]
How did episode 1 relate with the big giant head? There were big giant Gungan heads of stone on Naboo. A phantom is a ghost. What is the phantom menace then? It is the belief that personal sense (the opposite of the holy ghost) is real. It is the belief that the ghost (phantom) has more than one god (many minds). The dictionary defines phantom as being illusionary. One good example is phantom pain. If someone looses a limb they often feel phantom pain where that limb use to be on the body. The pain is an illusion remembered (since a past time – Sith) by mortal mind.
Are not the Sith Lords ghosts of personal sense, ghosts of the past, the menace we all face? One of the Sith Lords in this movie is Darth Maul. Maul is symbolic of the red dragon (Revelation 12) in that he has red and black tattoo markings and ten horns (type of power) that crown his head. “The ten horns of the dragon typify the belief that matter has power of its own, and that by means of an evil mind in matter the Ten Commandments can be broken.” (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy 563:11)
What is interesting about the placement of Mary Baker Eddy’s statement is that it is directly on the opposite page, where she gives us her description of the woman’s crown (which is God-crowned). This crown (which, in Star Wars, belongs to Queen Amidala and Princess Leia) is described this way: “The spiritual idea [the woman] is crowned with twelve stars. The twelve tribes of Israel with all mortals, — separated by belief from man’s divine origin and the true idea, — will through much tribulation yield to the activities of the divine Principle of man in the harmony of Science. These are the stars in the crown of rejoicing. They are the lamps in the spiritual heavens of the age, which show the workings of the spiritual idea by healing the sick and the sinning, and by manifesting the light which shines ‘unto the perfect day’ as the night of materialism wanes.” (S&H 562:11)
Another way of defining the phantom ghost is with the word pneuma. “It might be translated wind or air, and the phrase is equivalent to our common statement, ‘He breathed his last.’” (S&H 598:12-14) I feel that the words, “He gave up the ghost” means that he gave up material persona.
In Episode I (the fourth movie) we have two Jedi, a Master (Qui-Gon Jin) and a Padiwan (Obi-Wan Kenobi) on a Trade Federation ship, in orbit above the planet Naboo, trying to negotiate a peace treaty. They are on a mission for the Supreme Chancellor of the Senate Republic. Qui-Gon has a green light saber (for Life) and Obi-Wan has a blue light saber (for Truth).
Obi-Wan Kenobi could mean a broad sash worn around the waste (Obi), dim (Wan), to know, sight, view the broad sash worn around the waste (Kenobi). So what does this mean? A sash would become circular when worn around one’s waste, so the Kenobi sees the importance of the circle, the closed circle of the Unity Matrix. Perhaps the Obi-Wan saw the importance of the Unity Matrix dimly or faintly, and when he later takes on the name of Ben his spiritual understanding of the Unity Matrix becomes complete. In fact, perhaps the reason why he takes on the name of Ben could be because Benjamin is the twelfth Star for the Unity Matrix, the twelfth Star makes the circle whole and complete. And perhaps, if I may, the Obi-Wan is reflected in the Trade Federation’s ships that are circular but are not a complete circle.
Naboo’s human queen is Amidala. There is an amphibian race, called Gungans, they live in an underwater city. They use to live above ground but went into the ocean because they do not like the humans; they do not trust them.
The Trade Federation tries to kill Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan, but the Jedi escape to the surface of Naboo and befriend a Gungan named Jar-Jar Binks. There is a theory that George Lucas had Jar-Jar Binks being a bumbler, as an act, and he would eventually reveal Jar-Jar Binks as being the main Sith Master (Master over Darth Sidious). It would explain how Binks went from being an outcast Gungan to being a Gungan general, and then he becomes a senator for Naboo. And it would be his original plan (if he were in deed the Master), partially through his speech in Attack of the Clones, to put Palpatine in power as Emperor. Of course, one must ask, if the Sith rule really applies then would they not be breaking this rule if Jar-Jar, Sidious, and Maul all are working together?
The two Jedi and one Gungan finally make it to the human city, Theed, and meet up with Queen Amidala, but soon they must leave the planet on her royal spaceship. The Queen’s entourage, one of them is Padme, royal guards, pilots, and Captain Panaka (spelling?) are with the queen. On board is a special astromech droid called R2-D2, she is of major importance and I feel that she is sensitive to the Force. Her name has to do with the divine infinite calculus.
The ship’s hyper-drive (system for moving at the speed of light) is damaged during the battle (or did Jar-Jar have something to do with it?) and Obi-Wan and Qui-God make the decision to take the ship to a desert planet called Tatooine. This is the planet that young Anakin Skywalker lives on. While on Tatooine Obi-Wan will stay with the queen and work on the hyper-drive.
Anakin and his mother are slaves. Their master is named Watto, and he sounds like he is Italian. He is a little blue creature with wings and flies around. Anakin works in Watto’s junkshop and flies in pod races for him. Qui-Gon, Jar-Jar, Padme, and R2-D2 enter Watto’s shop in order to find parts for the hyper-drive. Anakin takes an instant liking to Padme, who is older than he is. Anakin takes them to his house when a windstorm approaches the town. Qui-Gon is impressed when he finds out that Anakin races podracers, for it takes quick reflexes to fly and not crash. Anakin says he is the only human who flies a podracer. Qui-Gon befriends Anakin; he realizes that the boy is strong in the ways of the Force (he tests his midi-chlorine count, it is very high). Anakin’s mother, Shmi, tells the Jedi Master that Anakin has no human father. This makes Qui-Gon suspect that Anakin may be the fulfillment of prophesy. (Does this sound like Jesus?) Anakin, it is said, is supposed to bring balance to the Force.
Anakin built a droid called C-3PO. At first sight R2 sees that C-3PO has no outer casing (metal coverings) so she asks C-3PO, “Do you know that you are naked?” The protocol droid is unaware that he is incomplete. C-3PO and R2-D2 are destined to be friends.
Watto and Qui-Gon make bets in regard to the Boonta[3] Eve Podrace and part of the bet is Anakin’s freedom. Qui-Gon tries to make Anakin’s mother part of the deal but Watto will have nothing to do with it. Anakin wins the race and becomes free; Anakin must leave his mother behind. C-3PO stays on Tatooine to help out Anakin’s mother.
The hyper drive is fixed, thanks to Qui-Gon’s dealings (bets) with Anakin’s slave-master and Obi-Wan’s work. Before they get off the ground, however, Qui-Gon has a short lightsaber fight with the then unknown Sith Lord (Darth Maul). Qui-Gon escapes further battle by jumping into the ship that takes flight.
They go to the capital planet Coruscant where the Republic of planets (with the supreme chancellor and senators) is located. This is also where the Jedi Temple is located. The whole planet is covered in skyscraper buildings and they have flying vehicles and some land speeders (hovercrafts).
Senator Palpatine represents Naboo. He pretends to be nice, but because of the first trilogy we all know that he is evil, that he is the head Sith, Darth Sidious. He manipulates and schemes to take over everything. He is very patient. Palpatine is the one controlling the Trade Federation and their actions. Toward the end of the first part Palpatine basically manipulates Amidala into having a vote of no confidence in regards to the supreme chancellor. After this there are three senators up for election to become the new supreme chancellor, and Palpatine is the one who gets nominated as chancellor of the Republic (through bribes, lies, and manipulation). And no one seems to be wise to the man’s deceptions.
Qui-Gon speaks to the Jedi Council about Anakin; he wishes to be Anakin’s Master. He believes that Obi-Wan is trained well enough to become a Jedi Master. This surprises Obi-Wan and I also think it sort of hurts his feelings somewhat. Master Yoda, however, feels something is wrong with Anakin. Yoda thinks that Anakin is too old to be trained properly. (They usually find the Jedi as young babies and remove them from their paternal parents.) They do understand that the boy is strong in the ways of the Force, but they are not like Qui-Gon in thinking that Anakin is the chosen one. Well, he is, but not in the way Qui-Gon thinks he is.
The Trade Federation invaded Naboo and began killing the citizens so the queen decides to return, with her people. Jar-Jar, Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, and Anakin (as the council puts Qui-Gon in charge of the boy, yet he is not to be trained) go with the Queen to help with the battle. Thanks to Jar-Jar they get help from the Gungans in the war (they will go up against the battle droid army). During this time they all find out that Padme is really Queen Amidala. (The queen’s female entourage is chosen because they physically resemble the queen. This way they can help protect the queen as imposter decoys when the need arises. Part of the deception is possible because the queen wears white pancake with distinctive red marks on her face.)
When the big battle takes place Darth Maul confronts the two Jedi in a lightsaber battle. His lightsaber is double bladed and both blades are red (symbolizing error, the red dragon) in color. On Tatooine he only used one blade while fighting Qui-Gon. But on Naboo Maul stabs Qui-Gon with his saber. Qui-Gon falls to the ground. At the same time the Gungans are fighting the battle droid army (these droids look somewhat like skeletons and they are not very intelligent – “Roger, Roger!”).
Obi-Wan, who has been separated by a power field, is finally able to get to Maul to continue the fight against the double bladed lightsaber wielded by Maul. Obi-Wan is able to cut off one of the blades; then he loses his own blue lightsaber while he is knocked into a pit. He is hanging onto a sconce or something the protrudes from the edge of the pit.
The battle droids intelligence is not based upon independent thinking, but it is a collective type of thought. They are all connected to one source computer that is on board the Trade Federation ship. Anakin and R2-D2, accidentally, go up into space, and by use of the Force Anakin blows up the main Trade Federation ship.
Padme (Amidala) fool the Trade Federation Viceroy and his cohort, she pretends to surrender, they are taken to her thrown room. One of Padme’s women show up dressed as Amidala, and the battle droids go after her, while Padme pulls out weapons from a hidden place in her chair. They capture the two Trade Federation men.
Obi-Wan sees Qui-Gon’s green lightsaber behind Maul. He uses the force to shoot up from the pit. The Force pulls the lightsaber into Obi-Wan’s hand and he swings at Maul cutting the creature in half. Both body pieces fall into the pit, when hitting the bottom there is a great power surge. Obi-Wan runs over to Qui-Gon, his Master is going to die. Qui-Gon makes Obi-Wan promise to train Anakin in the ways of the Force, as he knows that he is the chosen one who will bring balance to the Force.
The good guys win the battle. Chancellor Palpatine arrives on Naboo after all the fighting is over. This is when he first takes notice of Anakin Skywalker. Yoda tells Obi-Wan that the council has decided that he may train Anakin. There is a funeral for Qui-Gon (however, there is a hint that Qui-Gon is not really dead, that he is spiritually alive). Obi-Wan tells Anakin that the Council has decided to allow him to train him. Finally there is a parade of celebration to end the movie with.

Attack of the Clones (Episode II, part 5)
In this episode Anakin is a young man (teenager), he is still with Obi-Wan as his Padiwan, on Coruscant. Anakin sort of resents his Master and the Jedi Council because he thinks (due to Palpatine’s influence) that he is under appreciated. Amidala (Padme) is now a Senator so she is living on Coruscant and Naboo has a newly elected queen. Palpatine has a new Darth working for him (played by Christopher Lee). This new helper, Darth Tyranus (a.k.a., Count Dooku), was once a Jedi and he is off behind the scenes as the headman for the Separatists and he is working with the Trade Federation.
At the very beginning of the movie there is an attempt to assassinate Senator Amidala so the Jedi Council appoint Anakin and Obi-Wan to protect her. After a second attempt is made they follow the assassin who is killed by a bounty hunter. Obi-Wan does some investigation on the poison dart while Anakin takes Padme back to Naboo in order to protect her. Anakin has been plagued with bad dreams (visions) about his mother back on Tatooine. Yet he puts his duty first and does not go to his home planet. While on Naboo he dreams about his mother again and Padme and Anakin decide to travel to Tatooine to find his mother.
The dart leads Obi-Wan to a planet while Anakin meets up with his old slave-master Watto. Watto tells him that he freed his mother and she married a farmer named Lars. He tells him where he can find the farm. Anakin and Padme go out to meet his mother’s new family, here he meets up with C-3PO again, who now has an outer shell (not yet gold). Anakin meets his step-brother and his girl friend. His step-father informs Anakin that his mother was captured by Sand people. He goes out to look for her. He finally finds her in a Tusken Camp, but he is too late, she is near death. She dies in his arms. He is filled with hate and anger and rage. He kills the whole camp (mothers and children included) with the Force and his blue lightsaber. When he is about to do this evil deed we see Yoda in meditation while hearing Qui-Gon’s voice yelling, “Anakin, Anakin, no!” Yoda knows something horrible has happened with regards to Anakin.
In the meantime, on the water planet of Kamino (where it is constantly raining) Obi-Wan has found out information. Ten years before a Jedi Knight, who is now dead, placed the order on Kamino for an army of clones. These clones are supposed to help the Jedi when the time comes. It is also here that Obi-Wan meets up with Boba Fett and his father Jango Fett. Jango is the father of all the clones. Boba is a clone, yet Jango treats Boba like he is his very own son. Jango Fett is the bounty hunter that killed the female bounty hunter back on Coruscant. Obi-Wan tries to stop Fett, but does not succeed. He follows Fett’s ship Slave One to another planet where he is eventually captured (by separatists). On this planet is where they have a huge battle droid factory. It is here that Obi-Wan meets up with the ex-Jedi, Count Dooku. Dooku tries to get Obi-Wan to join up with him, but Obi-Wan refuses.
After Anakin returns to Padme they have a funeral for his mother. When they return to her ship, they hear the message from Obi-Wan about the planet. He sends the message to the Jedi Council. He is ordered to stay on Tatooine to protect Senator Amidala, but Padme tells Anakin that if he wants to protect her that he will have to go with her, because she is going to go save Obi-Wan. Anakin likes her thinking. C-3PO goes with them. Once on the planet Padme and Anakin get captured. C-3PO accidentally falls in the assembly line for the battle droids and his head is placed upon the body of a battle droid and his body gets the head of a battle droid put on it. R2-D2 is okay and hides out until he is able to help his friends.
In the meantime on Coruscant Jar-Jar Binks gives a big speech. In it he suggests that the Supreme Chancellor be given the power of martial law. Windu will go to save Obi-Wan while Yoda goes to collect their new clone army.
Obi-Wan, Padme, and Anakin all wind up in an arena and must do battle with animal creatures that live on the planet. But they do not loose, and they use the Force to control some of the animals to help them out. Then Mace Windu, and other Jedi show up to help them. They are all way outnumbered, then just in the nick of time Yoda arrives with the clone troopers; they help save the day.
C-3PO, who has fallen in battle, sees R2-D2 coming to help. R2 separates his head from the battle droid body and drags the head to its body.
Dooku gets plans for a Death Star from the Trade Federation Viceroy then heads for his ship. Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Padme see him and follow after him on a clone transport ship. On their way Padme accidentally falls from the ship (she survives and is picked up later on). There is a big fight between Obi-Wan, Anakin and Count Dooku. During the fight Dooku cuts off Anakin’s right hand. Obi-Wan is also loosing the battle when Yoda shows up and takes on Dooku. However, Dooku does escape and heads straight for Coruscant. He hands over the plans to the Death Star to Darth Sidious.
Anakin and Padme return to Naboo. He now has a mechanical hand and they get married (even though a Jedi Knight is never supposed to get married). Anakin and Padme keep their marriage a secret from everyone. After the man who marries them leaves we see that the only two witnesses are R2-D2 and C-3PO.

Revenge of the Sith (Episode III, part 6)
At the beginning of the third episode Chancellor Palpatine (a.k.a., Darth Sidious) is captured by Darth Tyranus (Count Dooku) on a spaceship above Coruscant and there is a battle over Coruscant. Of course, Palpatine has orchestrated the whole attack and his kidnapping. After doing battle in space and taking care of some very obnoxious droids, Obi-Wan and Anakin enter the Star Destroyer (ship) that the Chancellor is on so that they can save him. During the battle with Tyranus Obi-Wan gets knocked unconscious and Anakin takes over the duel. He cuts off both of the Sith Lord’s hands and then Palpatine goads him into killing Tyranus. Tyranus is surprised by this action upon his Master. Anakin does not want to kill him because he is literally armless, but Palpatine coerces him to do it, so he decapitates the man. Palpatine also wants Anakin to leave Obi-Wan behind, but Anakin will not do it.
General Grievous is now the main villain that will give grief to Obi-Wan Kenobi and the Jedi throughout the movie. Grievous likes to kill Jedi and take their lightsabers from them. He may be an alien. He is mostly mechanical and has breathing problems. Although he is light in color he prefigures the black Darth Vader. Grievous has two arms that can become four arms, so he fights with four light sabers at a time. But Obi-Wan will finally get him (after having a long battle with him) by shooting a blaster at him.
The war has been going on for quite some time, and it is through fear and the stupidity of the Galactic Senate that Palpatine will become emperor near the end of the movie. Padme will say about it, “So this is how democracy ends, with thunderous applause.” The way that Palpatine becomes emperor is quite interesting in and of itself (more on this later).
What is interesting about Star Wars is that they have a republic. The United States of America is a republic, even though our modern day elected government officials do not often remember this fact! And if we are asleep and not careful we can loose our republic the same way that it is lost in Star Wars. So pay attention to what is going on in our country.
C-3PO (now gold) is assigned to being with Senator Amidala while R2-D2 is Anakin’s astromech droid. Obi-Wan’s droid from Episode II is R4. R4 is destroyed in battle at the very beginning of the movie.
Palpatine has been grooming Anakin for his next Darth apprentice. He is able to manipulate Anakin through anger, hate, and fear of loss. Anakin has already lost his mother (his womanhood) and he now wants to hold on to his bride who is pregnant with their child. Soon after he returns to Padme he has a vision of the future (“Not sure the future is” as Yoda puts it). Anakin sees Padme dieing while giving birth to their child. I have a certain suspicion that Palpatine knows about this vision, perhaps he planted it in Anakin’s dream; for sure he is the one responsible for its being fulfilled. Palpatine tells Anakin that a Sith Lord learned a way to prevent death, or perhaps is it more like he found a way around death. He also tells Anakin that a way was found to manipulate the midi-chlorines into creating life. This makes me suspect that this may be how Anakin is supposed to have come into existence. If any of what Palpatine tells Anakin is truth, for sure it is being used as a tool to manipulate Anakin into turning against the Jedi. Palpatine makes false promises to Anakin.
Palpatine asks Skywalker to be his assistant, or to be the one who to back and forth between him and the Jedi Council. With this action Anakin believes that the Council will make him a Master. When they do not, he is angry and his ego somewhat bruised. Other topics are discussed; one of them is when Yoda decides to go to the Wookiee’s planet to help them in the war with the Separatists.
After the meeting Obi-Wan tries to tell Anakin to be patient that eventually the Council will make him a Master. Then Obi-Wan tells Anakin that the Council wants him to be their spy with Palpatine, because they do not trust him. The power he gained with martial law should have been relinquished long ago, but he has not laid down the power.
Palpatine finally tells Anakin that they have located the location of General Grievous. Anakin tells Obi-Wan that Palpatine wants him to go take care of Grievous but Obi-Wan knows Anakin is not ready to take Grievous on. He orders Anakin to stay on Coruscant.
The Jedi Council feel the Dark Side of the Force is strong, but they cannot see who is pulling the strings (who is behind the evil). They do suspect Palpatine as being perhaps manipulated but they do not see him as a Sith. It is Anakin who finally realizes that Palpatine is the Sith that they have been looking for and he is willing to tell Windu the truth. Anakin is conflicted, because he feels that the only way he can save Padme is to protect Palpatine. Windu orders him to remain at the Temple while he and a couple other Jedi Knights go to arrest Palpatine. Anakin waits, but only so long. He decides that he must go to Palpatine.
When Anakin arrives Windu is the only Jedi Knight left fighting Palpatine. He cuts of the Chancellor’s hand and through, the now broken window, the hand and lightsaber fly out. Windu tells Palpatine that he is under arrest. Anakin is unreasonable, he sees only lies, that Windu is dangerous. Palpatine is pretending to be out of strength, to be weak, his face has transformed into its true face of evil. Palpatine uses electrical lightning in his attack against Windu. Anakin attacks Windu literally disarming him. Palpatine forces him out the window.
Anakin pledges his allegiance to Palpatine and the Dark Side of the Force. He is given the name of Lord Vader. He is told to go to a planet to kill off the Trade Federation and Separatist leaders; then there will be peace (he claims). But first Anakin takes clone troopers with him to the Jedi Temple. They kill any Jedi they find while Anakin kills off Jedi children, the Younglings.
Senator Organa arrives at the Temple in his ship and asks the troopers what is going on. They tell him that the Jedi are rebelling, he finds this hard to believe. Then he sees a young Padiwan come out to battle the clones, but he is outnumbered and is killed by them. Organa takes off in his ship.
Anakin goes to see Padme and tells her where he is going by orders of Palpatine. She does not know what Anakin has even done. He asks her to wait for him. Anakin, with R2 along, heads for the planet of molten lava where the Trade Federation and Separatists are hanging out.
Palpatine sends out order sixty-six (oh so close to 666!) to all the clones. This order is for them to kill all Jedi. They have been programmed to obey this order even though they may not want to do so. It is as if they have been brainwashed into following this command. Both Obi-Wan and Yoda escape and meet each other on Senator Organa’s ship. Organa receives a message telling him that he must return for an upcoming vote in the senate. Organa says he will come. The two Jedi on board also return because they must kill an outgoing signal telling all Jedi to return to the Temple.
Palpatine declares the truth to the Republic that the Jedi tried to kill him, but he leaves out the part how he is a Sith Lord and he attacked them first because they only tried to arrest him. He uses the half-truth to take over as emperor and destroy all Jedi. He also blames his disfigurement on the Jedi. It is as if his persona mask has been removed and what is now exposed is the ugly hideous face of animal magnetism. It is now that he turns the Republic into his Empire, and Padme remarks to Organa, “This is how democracy ends, with thunderous applause.” The Senate is now defunct and many begin to leave Coruscant. Senator Organa, Padme’s friend, tries to get her to leave with him, but she will not. She must remain there for Anakin.
Obi-Wan and Yoda change the signal so that the Jedi will not return to be killed. Then Obi-Wan watches a hologram recording of how the Younglings were killed. Obi-Wan finds it hard to believe what he is seeing; Anakin killing all of the Jedi Younglings. He finds it hard to believe that Anakin would do such a horrendous thing.
Obi-Wan goes to Padme to find out if he knows where Anakin is. She will not tell him where. But he tells her what Anakin has done. She does not believe him, but she decides to tell him where Anakin is. Padme and C-3PO take her ship to meet up with Anakin with a stowaway – one Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Padme exits the ship and Anakin runs to her. He is wondering why she is there. She tells him what Obi-Wan told her he had done. He tells her that it is all lies. It is Obi-Wan who has betrayed the Republic. The conversation goes very dark, she sees that he has changed, that he is the one who has gone off the deep end.
Obi-Wan comes out from the ship and Anakin sees him. He thinks that Padme has betrayed him. Jealousy and anger fuel Anakin and he is mad and angry at his wife. She tells Anakin that he is breaking her heart, but he is insane. He begins to strangle her with the Force. Obi-Wan tells him to stop what he is doing. The grip finally loosens and she falls to the ground. Obi-Wan goes over to her to check her; then they have a big battle.
Yoda confronts Sidious and they begin to fight. He fails to destroy the Sith Lord and rejoins Senator Organa.
Anakin is on something floating on the lava river. Obi-Wan warns him not to attack him because he has the higher ground. Anakin does a flip over Obi-Wan. While he is in flight Obi-Wan’s lightsaber cuts off Anakin’s fighting arm and his two legs below the knees. Anakin winds up near the river of lava and his legs catch fire. Soon his whole body (what is left of it) begins to burn. Obi-Wan picks up Anakin’s lightsaber from the ground.
     Anakin says, “I hate you!”
Obi-Wan responds with, “I loved you, Anakin! You were like a brother to me!”
Walking off, Obi-Wan leaves what is left of Anakin behind. He returns to Padme and carries her into his ship. They leave the planet. After Amidala’s ship has long gone Palpatine reaches the planet and finds Anakin’s body. They take him back to Coruscant and have his medical droids take care of him.
Obi-Wan finds Senator Bail Organa’s ship. There are medical droids that look after Padme, she is going to have her child (children). It is interesting in the movie that both Anakin and Padme are being taken care of by medical droids, and that both are facing death.
Giving birth is too much for her, she does not want to go on living without Anakin and she dies after delivering and naming both her children. Yoda, Obi-Wan, and Organa discuss what to do with the twins. They know that if Palpatine finds out about the children that he will go after them. So they decide to hide them.
As Anakin wakes from his surgery he asks his new master where Padme is. Sidious tells him that she is dead. He says, I know that she was alive. But Palpatine tells him that she died when giving birth to his child. Anakin is a mechanical beast now, a Frankenstein monster. As the table that he is strapped to is rotated upwards, he stands and pulls at his restraints. Anakin realizes that it was his turning to the Dark Side of the Force that fulfilled the prophecy (vision) he had been having. He cries out, “NO!!!” And in the background we see Sidious smiling about the whole situation.
Padme’s body is taken back to Naboo for burial. There is a funeral procession with thousands of people. She looks pregnant, like she had not given birth, and in her hand is the necklace that Anakin had carved out and given to her when he was but a child.
Senator Organa takes Leia to his wife. What is different about this account compared to the first trilogy is that Leia’s mother on Alderan is supposed to actually be her birth mother. Luke asks Leia to tell her about their mother in Return of the Jedi.
Obi-Wan takes Luke Skywalker to Tatooine and gives him to Anakin’s stepbrother (and his wife). Luke will grow up calling them Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen.

A New Hope (Episode IV, part 1)
An Imperial Star Destroyer is firing upon Princess Leia Organa’s ship. Storm Troopers (the name given to Hitler’s soldiers) invade the ship. We see Leia stooping over astromech droid R2-D2. R2-D2 leaves her and finds C-3PO. The two droids get into a lifeboat survival ship and head for the planet that is below. The planet’s name is Tatooine. There is a reason that Princess Leia Organa has come to Tatooine but we do not yet know what it is. Darth Vader confronts the young woman and takes her prisoner. He will also torture her, but he will not get very far. The reason why he does not get very far is because the Force is strong in Leia, even though Vader does not seem to realize this is the reason why she is so resistant.
On the planet the two droids, even they split up, rejoin one another after being captured by Jawas. Eventually the Jawas visit the farm where Luke Skywalker lives. Uncle Owen purchases these two droids from Jawas. While cleaning the droids up, R2-D2 plays a portion of the secret message (it is a hologram) that Princess Leia had recorded on board her ship.
She says, “Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope….Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope…”
Luke wants to hear more of the message. R2-D2 tells Luke to do something so that that the whole message will play, but instead what he does makes the message disappear. Luke is upset, so is C-3PO.
Luke is called into supper and he tells his uncle about the message, and the name of Obi-Wan Kenobi. He wonders is Ben is related to Obi-Wan. Owen tells him to stay away from Kenobi. Luke also wants to leave Tatooine and join up with the Rebel army. But Owen needs him on the farm.
Luke is unhappy and goes outside to watch the twin suns set. I think the twin suns are symbolic of Luke and Leia. They are the real twin suns (Stars). Luke goes in to check on the droids and finds that R2 has left. He decides to get up early in the morning and take C-3PO with him to look for R2.
In the morning they go off in Luke’s land speeder to find R2-D2. I assume that he heads towards Ben Kenobi’s place. When they find R2 they are attacked by Tusken Raiders (the sand people that captured Anakin’s mother). Luke is knocked unconscious. Obi-Wan saves Luke from the Tuskens by frightening them off. Ben wakes up Luke, then sees a hiding R2-D2. Luke tells him that R2 has a message for an Obi-Wan Kenobi. Ben tells Luke, “That’s a name I have not heard in a long time.”
He tells Luke that he is Obi-Wan Kenobi.
R2 reminds Luke about C-3PO and he goes to find him. C-3PO’s right arm has been ripped off. They go to Ben’s home to work reassemble C-3PO.
Obi-Wan tells Luke that he was once a Jedi Knight and that he knew his father, who was also a Jedi Knight. He shows Luke his father’s blue lightsaber. He also tells Luke that Darth Vader killed his father. This is not a physical fact, but a metaphysical truth.
R2-D2 plays the message from Leia. It informs Ben Kenobi that special information vital to the resistance is inside R2-D2. It is vital that he get the droid to Alderan. Obi-Wan wants Luke to join him, but Luke says he can’t. Obi-Wan has decided to go to Alderan.
Darth Vader has moved Princess Leia to the newly built Death Star.
Luke, Obi-Wan, and the droids leave. Along the way they find that the Jawas, who had sold the droids to his uncle, are all dead. Ben knows that it was a Storm Trooper attack. Luke connects the dots and rushes off in his speeder to his home. He is too late; their bodies are burned. Luke no longer has any ties to this planet and he is willing to go with Ben Kenobi and receive training as a Jedi Knight.
They go into Mos Eisley Spaceport to look for a ship. They meet Han Solo and Chewbacca in a bar. Solo agrees to fly them to Alderan. Before Solo can leave the bar, Greedo, a bounty hunter for Jabba the Hutt, confronts him. Solo owes Jabba money. He has no choice but to shoot Greedo.
As they are leaving Tatooine Storm Troopers catch up with them and fire at Han’s ship, the Millennium Falcon.
A general, or he may be an admiral (Tarkin), tries to get Leia to tell them where the Rebel base is. She will not talk. He shows her that they are in orbit above Alderan.
During their flight Luke is getting training from Ben. He wants Luke to trust in the Force, not in his eyes (physical senses).
The Tarkin tells Leia if she will not tell her what he wants to know that he will destroy Alderan. She cannot betray the Rebels and she keeps silent, but she finally says, “Dantooine.” Tarkin betrays her and the big lazer gun fires up the weapon and destroys the whole planet. This, of course, upsets her.
At the moment that her planet is destroyed Obi-Wan Kenobi feels the loss of all life on Alderan. Soon the Falcon comes out of hyper drive and is hit with objects. They think that they have run into an asteroid belt. They realize that what they thought were asteroids is actually bits and pieces of Alderan.
They see what they first believe to be a moon, but then they realize it is not the moon. It is an imperial base; it is the Death Star. The Falcon is pulled into the Death Star by a tractor beam. They hide out while Storm Troopers search the ship. They take out two troopers and take their armor. Luke and Han hide in the uniforms. Ben Kenobi goes off to take care of the tractor beam while Luke, Han, Chewbacca, and the droids go to a command center to wait. While there R2-D2 finds out information from a computer that Leia is there being held prisoner and they find out her location. Luke insists that they go rescue her. Han objects until Luke tells him that there will be a reward. Han believes he is right so he decides to help Luke rescue this princess.
Kenobi finally gets the tractor beam off and heads back to the Millennium Falcon.
When they meet Leia and Han do not seem to get along very well at all. Luke really likes Leia. They are forced into a trash shoot that leads to a trash compactor. C-3PO and R2 help them escape being crushed. After this they get separated and have their own shootouts with troopers.
As the six of them finally make their way back to Han’s ship they see Darth Vader saber fighting with Ben Kenobi. Obi-Wan allows Vader to strike him down (he gives up the ghost). Luke yells, “NO!!!” And they run for the Falcon to get off the ship. Luke is outside the ship shooting at troopers when he hears Kenobi say, “Run, Luke!” Luke runs up the ramp.
They make their escape and head for a Rebel base on Gavin. Only it seemed too easy. Leia insists it is because they let them go, so that they could track them to the Rebel Base on Yavin 4.
The plans to destroy the Death Star had been hidden inside R2-D2 the whole time. The Rebel’s plans are to destroy the Death Star.
What I wonder about, in retrospect, is that if R2-D2 would have shown this information to Luke and Ben before getting to the Death Star then could they have destroyed the Death Star while they were on it, or at least sabotaged it? Maybe. Maybe not!
Han is going to take his reward and go back to pay off Jabba. Luke is disappointed in him.
The Death Star did track the Millennium Falcon to the Yavin 4 and the big battle scenes take place.
X-Wings make their way down a trench to shoot their weapons off, but most of them get killed, one shot made it in, but did not do the trick. Luke eventually makes the run himself. Darth Vader is in his ship trying to keep the Rebels from blowing up the Death Star. He is behind Luke when he realizes whoever is piloting the X-Wing is strong in the Force. During the battle laser fire hits R2-D2. Luke hears Ben’s voice, “Luke, use the Force.” It is up to Luke, via the use of the Force (not his X-Wing’s computer), that the Death Star is destroyed (at the outside exhaust port). This causes the big laser gun to explode when they try to fire upon Yavin 4. Han Solo helps out Luke when he needs cover from imperial Tie Fighters and Vader. When the Death Star blows up Vader is in his Tie-Fighter so he does not die.
Han returns to Yavin 4 and Luke and Leia hug him when they see him. Then there is a medal ceremony, we see that R2-D2 has been fixed up and all is well, for now.

The Empire Strikes Back (Episode V, part 2)
This episode begins in space, we see a droid being sent out from a Star Destroyer. It heads toward the planet Hoth. As it descends it looks like a falling meteor. Hoth is a planet of snow and ice. It is where the new Rebel base is located. Chewbacca is working, trying to repair the Falcon. Han and Luke are out on patrol. Luke sees something streak through the sky and goes to investigate it. Han and Luke radio each other. Han is going to go back to the base and Luke is going to go investigate what fell to the ground. He is on a Ton-Ton creature and is ambushed by a Wampa, an abominable snowman type creature. The Wampa drags Luke to its cave.
A now injured Luke is hanging upside down inside the cave. He sees his lightsaber ahead in the snow. He manages to use the Force to grab his lightsaber and cut himself down. Then the creature comes and Luke cuts the creature’s arm off and makes his escape.
When Han hears that Luke has not as yet returned he becomes concerned. He decides to go out and look for him. It is almost night.
Luke sees a ghost like figure of Ben Kenobi. Kenobi tells him about some guy named Yoda in the Dogobah System. Ben wants Luke to go see Yoda. Luke eventually passes out. Han Solo finds Luke face down in the snow. He keeps Luke and himself safe during the night. When morning comes help arrives.
Luke is placed in a tube of healing fluid.
The streak through the sky, that Luke saw the previous evening, may have been the imperial probe or a meteor, this part is unclear. The droid did spot the Rebel base and sent message to the Empire just before Han Solo shot it. The Rebels are well aware that the Empire will soon be there. They prepare to leave the planet.
Darth Vader is one of those to come to Hoth. At least they do not arrive before Luke has time to heal. I find it interesting that it never dawned upon George Lucas’s thought, or any of the other writers of these movies, that Jedi could have healing powers. They are able to live long lives (some of them anyway) so why do they not do the works of Christ? My answer is because the story falls short of being based upon Christian Science.
After the big fight, and the Rebels abandon their base, Luke flies off in an X-Wing with R2-D2 to go find Yoda. Han, Leia, Chewbacca, and C-3PO go off in another direction. Vader is after them; does he think that Luke is on the Millennium Falcon?
Luke gets to a swamp planet but his X-Wing goes down into the swamp. He meets a little cantankerous creature that likes to fight with R2 a lot. He tells the little guy that he is looking for a Jedi Master called Yoda. Yoda eventually lets Luke realize that he is Yoda. Yoda is not sure that he can train Luke nonetheless training begins.
Luke is training with Yoda, and then he is given a test. There is a cave where the Dark Side of the Force seems to be felt. Luke must go in. Yoda tells Luke that he does not need his weapons, but Luke ignores him. Once inside he sees Darth Vader head toward him. Luke ignites his father’s lightsaber. He fights with Vader and cuts off Vader’s head. The helmet falls to the ground and the mask explodes, inside Luke sees his own face. What does this mean?
For sure Luke sees what he can turn into if he is not careful. But, it also means that he sees that there is a particular relationship between himself and Darth Vader. He does not know what this relationship is. Perhaps at this moment he just thinks it means that Darth Vader was once a good man. Because, back on Tatooine, Ben had told him that the Emperor had seduced Darth Vader with the Dark Side of the Force.
The Emperor sends a message to Darth Vader (hologram) telling him that he must find young Skywalker. Vader is thinking his son as being an asset, that he could be turned to the Dark Side. The Emperor agrees, perhaps too quickly? After all, maybe the Emperor thinks that Vader is getting too old?
On the Star Destroyer are a group of bounty hunters hired by Vader to find the Millennium Falcon. One of the hunters is Boba Fett is all grown up and is a bounty hunter. He is probably in his forties. He is good at his job, as he is the only hunter on the Falcon’s trail. He not only works for Jabba the Hutt, but he is aiding Vader in pursuing Solo and the others, so that he can get the bounty on Solo’s head.
Han, Leia, Chewbacca, and C-3PO finally make it to Cloud City, which is run by the original owner of the Millennium Falcon, Lando Calrisian (played by Billy De Williams). Leia is not sure she trusts Lando, Han is not so sure either. Immediately C-3PO gets into trouble and Chewbacca must go find him. The droid has been taken apart, because he has seen Storm Troopers.
Luke is doing a handstand. Yoda is on his feet when he hears R2-D2 beeping in excitement about the X-Wing sinking into the swamp. Yoda wants Luke to levitate the X-Wing up from the swamp onto the land. Luke agrees to try. Yoda tells him, “Do or do not, there is not try.” When Luke uses the Force to levitate his X-Wing from the swamp it rises but then begins to fall back into the water. Yoda asks Luke if he judges him by his size? As well he should not because size does not matter. He tells Luke, “Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter.” This is the Truth being brought out in the movie, but how many people accept these Words as fact?
Luke feels frustrated and he goes off. Then he hears R2’s beeps, he returns to see Yoda levitating the X-Wing and moving it over to the ground. Luke says, “I don’t believe it.”
     “That is why you fail.”
Lando escorts the Han, Leia, and Chewbacca to a dining room. The door opens and at the head of a long table sits Darth Vader. Solo tries to shoot him, but Vader deflects the shots with the Force.
Luke is doing a handstand while levitating R2-D2 in the air. He has a vision of the future and R2 falls to the ground. Yoda tells Luke that what he sees is the future. Luke fears for his friends’ safety. Luke decides to go try and help his friends escape from Vader even though his training is not complete. The spirit figure of Obi-Wan appears and he says to Luke, “Don’t give into anger and hate, this leads to the Dark Side.” His X-Wing lifts off. “That boy is our only hope.”
Yoda says, “No, there is another.”
Chewbacca is being held prisoner in a cell. He has C-3PO’s body pieces and is trying to put him back together when he is not being tortured by a horrible noise. He places the head on the torso, but the head is backwards. It is not until a couple of arms have been attached that C-3PO realizes that Chewbacca put his head on backwards.
Han is thrown into the cell and Chewbacca helps him lie down. Then Leia finally arrives. They wonder what is going on, because they are being tortured without being asked any questions.
Then Lando and two guards arrive. He explains that Vader is not after them but using them as bait to get someone called Skywalker. He explains that he has a deal with Vader and that Leia and Chewbacca are to remain in Cloud City with him. Boba Fett will take Han back to Tatooine.
The four are taken to the chamber where Han is to be frozen. Then Fett takes Solo’s body away and Vader tells Lando that he is going to take Leia and Chewbacca with him. Lando says, “But that isn’t our agreement.” Slight pressure is placed upon Lando’s throat. It is possible that Lando mentally decides right then and there that he can alter the deal too.
Luke arrives at Cloud City. He sees the frozen body of Han being taken away by Boba Fett (to go to Jabba the Hutt). Leia, Chewbacca, and C-3PO are under Lando’s care. Lando’s plan is to rescue Han. Because he has to stop and explain his plan to Leia and Chewbacca they missed the open window of getting Han away from Boba Fett. Luke and R2 see Leia and the others in a hallway. She tells Luke that it is a trap. Luke goes into a room and a door comes down shutting out R2-D2. Eventually R2 reunites with C-3PO and the others.
Vader gets Luke into the carbonite chamber, but Luke escapes by use of the Force. They wind up fighting with lightsabers; Vader seems to be winning. The fight continues outside onto catwalks, Vader cuts off Luke’s right hand. Then he tells Luke who he is. “Luke, I am your father.”
“NO!!!” Luke does not want to believe him even though he knows it is the truth. He lets go of his hold and falls down some shoot and winds up with his legs, at the knees, holding on to a metal weather vain. Using the Force Luke mentally calls out for Leia. Leia hears Luke and knows where he is. The Falcon turns around to save him, but Lando is not too happy about it.
After collecting Luke they fly off, but the Imperial Star Destroyers and Tie Fighters are after them. R2 is the one who saves the day because he is able to fix the hyper-drive. The commander of the ship expects Darth Vader to strangle him to death because they lost his prize. But Vader just walks on by him.
The Falcon is next to a Rebel ship where Luke is getting a replacement hand put on. I guess the medical field had made some progress, as when Anakin’s hand was replaced it looked more like a metal skeleton hand, while Luke’s hand looks organic, like a regular hand and is shown being sensitive to touch.
Lando leaves with Chewbacca in the Falcon to go locate Han at Tatooine.

Return of the Jedi (Episode VI, part 3)
The title, Return of the Jedi, is not about the return of Luke Skywalker, but the return of Anakin Skywalker to the Light Side of the Force (after being slave to the Dark Side of the Force).
R2-D2 and C-3PO are in the desert of Tatooine heading for Jabba the Hutt’s palace. They knock on the metal door and a mechanical eyeball pops out of the wall to look at them and ask them what they want.
They explain they are there to see Jabba the Hutt. They present themselves as gifts to the Hutt, C-3PO is not very happy about this. There are many guards, a music band (Max Rebo), a slave dancer, and one Boba Fett.
Later on a different bounty hunter shows up with Chewbacca the Wookiee. Chewbacca is put into a dungeon cell. During the night while everyone is asleep the bounty hunter gets up and approaches the carbonite statue of Han Solo. The hunter pushes buttons and the carbonite begins to melt away to reveal Han Solo. He falls to the ground. Han Solo is revived; however, he is temporarily blinded. The hunter takes off the mask and kisses Solo. The bounty hunter is Princess Leia.
Then everyone is awake, Jabba laughs. Han and Leia are taken into custody. Han is placed in the same cell will Chewbacca and Leia replaces Jabba’s slave woman (who was killed sometime before Leia had arrived). She is chained up and put in a skimpy costume. C-3PO is also by Hutt’s side as his translator.
Soon Luke shows up at the palace, he enters by using Jedi mind tricks on Jabba’s steward. Luke tells Jabba to release his friends, but Jabba says, “Your Jedi mind tricks will not work on me.” Luke falls through a trap door and he must fight a giant rancor beast.
When Luke kills the rancor Jabba takes all his prisoners, with his barge with two skiffs, to the Dune Sea.
R2-D2 is working on the barge serving drinks. Leia is chained up near Jabba. And C-3PO is also near Leia. The three ships come to a full stop and Luke is forced to walk the plank.
One may ask, “If Tatooine is a dessert planet then what does one fall into while walking the plank on Tatooine?” One falls into a sarlacc pit (to be swallowed by a sarlacc creature and then digested in its stomach for 1,000 years). As Luke walks the plank he salutes R2, jumps off and grabs hold of the plank with his hands, then he does an upward flip back onto the skiff. R2 shoots out Luke’s new (green) lightsaber, Luke catches it and the fight commences.
It is Leia, the woman, who strangles the serpent (Jabba the Hutt) with her own slave chain. R2 frees her and she joins Luke in the fight. Lando, who has been in disguise the whole time as one of the guards, helps out but he falls overboard and is near the pit, Han and Chewy have to save him. Boba Fett winds up being eaten by the sarlec, but chances are, because he has his rocket pack on, that he is able to fly out and be free.
During the fighting one of Hutt’s men shoot at Luke. The blast hits Luke’s false hand. After this Luke keeps a black glove on his hand.
Everyone escapes and Luke flies off to see Yoda while the others go to a Rebel base.
Luke finds Yoda at home in bed; he is about to leave his corporeal body. Luke wants to know why he lied about Darth Vader to him. Yoda tells Luke that it is most unfortunate that he did not finish his Jedi training before he found out who Vader was. Yoda’s last words are, “Luke, there is another Sky…”
Yoda gives up the ghost and his corporeal body disappears. Before Luke leaves the planet Ben appears before him. Luke is a little ticked off with Ben. Ben explains that he did not really lie to him about his father, that from a certain point of view his father did die that day by Vader’s hand. Ben helps Luke understand that if he fails his mission that there is another that can take over for him. Luke wonders who it would be. He searches his feelings and realizes that he has a sister, a twin sister, he knows that someone to be Leia.
Luke catches up with his friends at the Rebel base. There is a second Death Star that the Empire has built that needs to be destroyed. They know how to do it, as people have died go get the information to them. They believe that station in orbit above the Moon of Endor is not yet complete.
Han, Leia, Chewbacca, the two droids, and Luke go to the Moon of Endor to take out the power station for the force shield around the Death Star. While Lando Calrissian, in the Falcon, and other Rebel ships plan to enter into a passage into the Star Base’s core to blow it up.
Luke begins to think that he made a mistake in joining them on their mission because he knows that Vader is present. On the moon’s surface, full of redwood trees, they meet up with Ewoks, little teddy-bear like creatures. They will help them in their mission to take down the shield. The night before the big battle Luke tells Leia that they are brother and sister, twins. She knows that he is telling her the truth. Then he goes off to meet with Darth Vader, their father. Although Leia is willing to have Luke be her brother, I have often wondered what she thought about Vader being her father!
Luke surrenders to Vader turning over his lightsaber to him. His intent is to help his father return to the Dark Side of the Force. Vader’s intent is to have Luke join him by his side. Together they can take out the Emperor and Luke can become his right hand man (so to speak). Vader takes him up to the Death Star to meet with the Emperor. But Luke tries to get his father to turn to the Light Side of the Force again, but he does not see that happening.
The Emperor, however, really wants Luke to take Anakin’s place by his side. He shows Luke that everything was a trap, that he allowed the Death Star information get out to the Rebels. This is all a trick to make Luke become angry and afraid so that he will turn to the Dark Side. But Luke tells him that he has failed to do so. Luke is finally goaded into fighting with Darth Vader.
On the moon the battle between stone-age weapons and the latest technology continues. Leia’s arm is hurt and Luke feels her pain. It is at this moment that Darth Vader begins to feel there is someone else, a sister, and he knows who his sister is. If Luke will not turn to the Dark Side then perhaps his sister will.
“NO!!!” Luke yells and the fight starts up again.
Eventually Luke cuts off Vader’s hand. He looks at Vader’s hand and then at his own hand, the hand within the black glove. Does he remember the cave’s test? He quits the fight. Luke throws away his lightsaber. The Emperor realizes that Luke will not turn so he begins to shock the young man with electricity (animal magnetism).
Darth Vader looks between his Master and his son (Sun of Light). He will not allow the devil to kill his own Christhood. Anakin Skywalker picks up Palpatine’s body and throws him down a pit. The body lands and is destroyed by some kind of energy. The Death Star quakes.
Han and the others have taken over the building for the shield and turned off the shield. Lando and others are able to fly their ships into the Death Star.
Luke is dragging his father’s body to a shuttle. They are on the ramp when his father asks him to take off his mask (animal magnetism), he wants to look at Luke with his human eyes. Luke tells him that if he takes his off his mask that he will die. Luke obeys and he sees a middle-aged scared face smiling up at him. Luke tries to get Anakin up; he needs to save his father. Anakin says, “You already have.” He dies and Luke continues to get the body on to the shuttle.
The Falcon fires the kill shot and turns to leave. The Death Star blows up. The war is over; the battle is won. Leia and Han look up at the explosion, he sees the concern on her face. He tells her that he is sure that Luke is still alive. She knows that he is. He tells her that he will not stand in their way. She looks at him and laughs. She says, “No, Luke is my brother.” And he smiles a big grin.
It is nighttime on the moon of Endor when Luke lights up the pier and baptizes his father with fire.
Everyone in the Ewok camp is celebrating the victory. Luke comes to join his sister and friends. Leia runs to Luke, they embrace.
Luke looks across the campfire and he sees three spiritual bodies. They are of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, and Anakin Skywalker. In the original film Anakin was the actor who we see under Vader’s mask, he was no longer scared or burned and had hair. In the special edition movie, after the Prequel had come out, Anakin Skywalker had the face of the young man (actor – Hayden Christensen).
While watching this version for the first time, the thought came to me that Lucas may have placed Hayden in as Anakin Skywalker at the end of the movie. And sure enough, he had done so. The young man symbolizes the spiritual idea, and the time for it had come.
Also in the later version there was a short segment where we saw different planets around the galaxy celebrating their freedom and the death of the Emperor.

The Force Awakens (Episode VII, part 7)

In this seventh story there is mention of dark energy. This dark energy is probably the same thing as what our physicists today call dark matter. What it is nobody really knows. It is possible that it is some form of energy; if dark matter is energy it would probably be a material type of energy.
New main characters are Rey, Poe Dameron, BB-8 (droid), FN-2187 (a.k.a. Finn) who is a storm trooper that leaves the First Order (a new empire), and Kylo Ren (practitioner of the Dark Side of the Force – or Dark Energy.
Rey is a short form of Reynolds “king’s advisor.” Of course, there is the song with its words for the second note of D, “ray, a drop of golden sun.” Ra or Re, in Egyptian, is the sun god.
Rey is a young woman who lives alone on a desert (desert and deserted seem to have the same feeling to their meaning) planet (Jakku), much like how Anakin and Luke were raised on Tatooine. We find out that after she leaves Jakku (possibly having the same meaning as Jacob and James) that her desire is to return there, she makes it quite clear that she must return to Jakku. Nobody understands why this is, but it is slowly revealed that she was left there when little and she has been waiting for someone’s return. It is as if she feels that she must return to Jakku in case the one she is waiting for returns to her. I am sure her mystery will be revealed in part eight. (There is a theory floating around that Rey is the reincarnation of Anakin Skywalker. I prefer to say she might be the incarnation of the Christ, the feminine Christ representative.)
Rey is strong in the ways of the Force, but she is unaware of this fact until Kylo Ren captures her. She is able to resist his mind probes because she uses the Force against him and she finds out a vital piece of information that he is afraid. What is he afraid of? He is afraid that he will never be as strong as Darth Vader. In other words, he is worried that he will not be able to turn completely to the Dark Side of the Force like his grandfather did. Even Snoke (his mentor) sees this flaw in Kylo Ren.  (Since writing this POST the actor who plays Kylo Ren was the host of Saturday Night Life.  He is very good at doing comedy!  I find his name most symbolic to the character he plays in Episode 7.  His name is Adam Driver.  Adam, of course, is a very negative name, as it relates to a-damed man who dreams he is born into a material body.  The name Driver is that which directs and educates or is a leader.  It is symbolic of the divine infinite calculus.  However, in the instance of a negative driver would teach us the ways of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, when both good and evil are and are mixed together into a material body born of sin, one who is a fallen man, a fallen asleep man.  This is not to say that Adam Driver is an evil or bad human being, but rather I use the actor’s name to help me interpret the character known as Kylo Ren.)
Poe Dameron is a pilot for the Resistance (that which resists ecclesiastical despotism). I do not know what either name means, but as a pun I get po’ (poor) dame Ron (king’s adviser). If so, then Dameron and Rey have something in common, they are both king’s advisors. In Science there is only the one king – the king that is Christ, based upon Principle. Damaron could have some meaning like “to tame.” Poe pilots an X-Wing, the symbol of X was originally the Christian symbol for Christ.
Poe’s droid is BB-8. BB-8 is spherical and its movement comes from rotation. I feel that BB-8 represents the infinite divine calculus. He certainly is a replacement, in this seventh saga, for my infinite divine calculus droid – R2-D2. Poe flies to Jakku to retrieve a map that will help the Resistance locate Luke Skywalker (who is in hiding). They are searching for the Light. A map is another symbol for a matrix, a divine infinite calculus matrix. Bee-Bee is a nickname that my grandmother gave to my aunt, her real name is Beatrice, which means “blessed, happy; bringer of joy.” The number 8 makes the octave whole and complete, where we return to “doe, a dear, a female dear.” Of course, BB could be the chosen name because of the droid’s roundness, as it sounds like the name of metal balls used in a BB-gun. BB-8 is introduced in the story before we see Rey, so we have Do, Rey. And these two do team up even though at first Rey does not want BB-8 (who she understands perfectly when she beeps and boops) hanging around.
When the First Order attack a little village on Jakku, Poe places the map into BB-8 and tells BB-8 to go, leave, while he goes and tries to protect his friend, the one who gave him the map. Only Poe gets captured. It is after pilot and copilot separate that BB-8 meets Rey.
FN-2187 is one of the storm troopers on Jakku, but what he sees sickens him and he will not kill innocent people. This is when he makes up his mind that when he gets the chance he will leave the First Order.
Kylo Ren is not in charge, the man at the top is Snoke, but after Snoke comes Kylo Ren in rank. Kylo Ren’s real name (true identity) is Ben, Ben Solo. Ben is the son of Princess (now General of the Resistance) Organa and Han Solo. I am not sure of the back-story about Ben as a child, but from what was in the book, Snoke had his eyes on Ben and was influencing him to the Dark Side of the Force. His mother sent him off to train with Uncle Luke. She felt that this would help him keep on the Light Side of the Force. However, this did not work and Ben turned against Luke and his Jedi Temple.
Poe is captured by Kylo Ren and is tortured on board a Star Destroyer. It is FN-2187 who rescues Poe, and they escape in a Tie-Fighter. It is Poe that gives FN-2187 the human name Finn. Finn means: “blond hair; light skinned” and the actor playing Finn is a black man. So, let us analyze the two letters of F and N. The letter ‘f’ is the sixth (Truth) letter while ‘n’ is the fourteenth letter. Fourteen is seven plus seven, so we would have two cycles of the seven synonymous terms for God. The note of ‘F’ is Far, a long, long way to run. Finn and Poe get separated after the Tie-Fighter crashes. After the crash Finn makes his way into a town where he sees two thugs picking on Rey. Finn finally realizes that the girl is holding her own. He goes to try and help her out. Eventually they do become friends and he pretends to be a Resistance fighter because she assumes that is what he is. They escape from the planet with the help of a familiar friend, the note E – MI[4] CON,[5] me, a name I call myself – short for the Millenium Falcon. This ship is a symbol for divine Science, the Science for the 21st century. We are “to know” via divine Science who we really are – God’s child; the Christ, the son of the living God.
Of course, the notes of ‘G’ and ‘A’ are Han Solo (Sew, a needle pulling thread) and Chewbacca (La, a note to follow Sew). They locate their old ship due to a tracking device that activates once the ship is air born, and get involved with the previous notes. Eventually they meet up with Maz, or ‘B’ – Tea, a drink with jam and bread – for we have Maz puttering about her kitchen and she offers them refreshments. Maz could be short for Mazel (meaning lucky), or it could mean “head, face” or “maze.”
It is while they are on Maz’s planet when Rey feels drawn to go somewhere on her own. She finds a place where things have been brought from Cloud City. She finds a box, and looks inside; it is a lightsaber. This is the one item in the place that she is drawn to. Next she begins to have visions. Maz finds her there and gives her Anakin Skywalker’s lightsaber, the one Luke lost when his hand was cut off. Maz tells her that the lightsaber belongs to her. She rejects it and runs off to be by herself. Maz gives the lightsaber to Finn. At first he does not respect it as a weapon, but after he uses it he changes his mind about it.
Due to a tip, that a particular droid had been seen, the First Order come to the planet. Ren captures Rey at this point and the others escape the planet in the Falcon. They fly off to meet up with the Resistance. Han and Leia meet for the first time in years.
Well, it all works out, where the weapon armed with dark energy, called Star Killer, is destroyed and the Resistance is victorious. What is interesting about this weapon is that when it is used on a planet it turns that planet into a sun, so would a more appropriate name (as my son suggested to me) be Star Maker? It is possible that it is called Star Killer because what it seems to kill off is man, who in reality is a Star.
The only main character that is killed in this episode is Han Solo. He is killed by his son’s own hand.
Ren injures Finn in a lightsaber fight. Although injured he survives. Chewbacca, in the Millennium Falcon, saves both Finn and Rey from Ren.
After the main characters return to the Resistance they are speaking about the map that should lead them to Luke. BB-8’s map is only half the matrix; they need to find the other half. R2-D2, who has been in sleep mode ever since Luke went into hiding, finally wakes up. She wheels herself into where everyone is and shows them that she has had half the map all these years. I am not sure why R2-D2 wakes up at this point and time, but it is good timing on her part. (I have always felt that R2-D2 was feminine. I think it is the way R2 and C-3PO always are fighting like a married couple.)
C-3PO is so happy to see R2 awake again.
With both maps they are now able to find Luke. Chewbacca, who insists on remaining copilot on the Falcon, gives the pilot seat to Rey. Poe, BB-8, and R2-D2 join them. They fly off to find the ancient Jedi Temple and Luke (the Light) Skywalker. When they find him that is the end of the seventh story.
One Sunday my son, husband, and I were discussing the story, even though none of us have seen the movie. My son wondered what Luke must have been thinking when he sees Rey handing him his father’s lightsaber. My husband said, “What?”
Then, our son repeated while imitating David Tenant as the Doctor of Doctor Who saying, “What?!” We all laughed. He said, that would have been hilarious, that they show Luke’s face as he received the lightsaber, and the picture fades to black and then the audience just hears, “What?!” Then the credits roll! I had to admit, it would have been hilarious; at least we all thought it would be.

What is the main story to Star Wars?
Originally I felt that it was about the Prodigal Son. Emperor Palpatine would be the citizen character in Jesus’ parable, while Anakin Skywalker is the son who leaves his Father (God in heaven) to go into the material world. The prodigal son looses all his prosperity and falls into poverty and is forced to eat the husks of corn thrown to the swine (unholy animals). It is when this son awakens to the Truth that his Father (God) still Loves him and cares for him, that he returns home (heaven) to where every supply is met.
Anakin is sort of like the name Anakim, which was the name of a giant race spoken of in the Bible. Anak means “long-necked; giant; collar.”[6] He was a son of the giant Arba. Anakim is defined as “the intellectual thoughts and states of consciousness in man that believe that the outer, formed world, with its customs and teachings, is real and is the source of man’s strength, power, and good, instead of seeing that the outer manifestation is but an expression of man’s inner thought and word and of itself has no sustaining power.”[7]
What is interesting about Anak’s father’s name, Arba, is that it seems to have to do with the divine infinite calculus. In fact, its meaning is quite good – “a giant; strength; a cube; four. Arba is the name of the number four, symbol of great strength and stability, characterized in the square and the cube.”[8] Later on Caleb, because he followed God, inherits the land of Arba. This means that Caleb inherits the understanding of the divine infinite calculus. Where Anak goes wrong is that he turns away from the understanding of this divine infinite calculus to rely on his own giant ego based upon material intellectualism, likewise Anakin forgets all about R2-D2.
What happens, at the end of Return of the Jedi, is Anakin (who symbolizes the Son of man) Skywalker (he walks in heaven) is that his Christ son (his own Christ-Mind) saves him. It is his own Christhood (the Light of Luke) that saves him, and he returns to the Light.
But just how did Anakin Skywalker bring balance to the Force? Did it happen when he threw the Emperor into the pit? No, it was through Luke and Leia, the Twin Suns, that he brought balance to the Force. It is through Anakin’s divine seed, Luke and Leia, that he, as the chosen one, brings balance to the Force.
Is Star Wars about more than just the Prodigal Son? Is there more to the story? The fact that there is a chosen one who is to fulfill prophecy is of importance. The majority of Christians, do to scholastic theology and ecclesiastical despotism, fail to comprehend the importance, and they ignore the importance, of Jesus’ fulfilling Bible prophecy. What Jesus represents to the world is messed up, turned around, like the fact that Anakin turns against all that is good (God, Spirit). It was the Christian Church Leader – a Pope (false father who was a Roman emperor) – and his army (church) that turned Jesus into the Lord – meaning God (a Sith Lord). There is a reason why Darth Vader is also called Lord Vader; the Lord God Jehovah (in Genesis 2:6 onward) is not Elohim of Genesis 1-2:3. Mary Baker Eddy explains: “The term Lord, as used in our version of the Old Testament, is often synonymous with Jehovah, and expresses the Jewish concept, not yet elevated to deific apprehension through spiritual transfiguration. Yet the word gradually approaches a higher meaning. This human sense of Deity [Lord Vader] yields to the divine sense [Anakin Skywalker], even as the material sense of personality yields to the incorporeal sense of God and man as the infinite Principle and infinite idea [one] – as one Father with His universal family, held in the gospel of Love.” (S&H 576:26-277:4; [My interpolations.])
The idea that Jesus, a man, is God is the opposite of “The Way” (true Christianity). Jesus Christ never said he is God, he only said that “I [the Christ] and my Father [God] are one.” This one was not in quantity but one in quality. They are one in that the Christ is God’s divine image.
Let us continue with the same paragraph that continues on to page 577 of our Textbook. “The Lamb’s wife [the woman God-crowned] presents [on this very page of the Textbook] the unity of male [Jesus] and female [Mary Baker Eddy] as no longer two wedded individuals, but as two individual natures in one; and this compounded spiritual individuality reflects God as Father-Mother, not as a corporeal being. In this divinely united spiritual consciousness, there is no impediment to eternal bliss, – to the perfectibility of God’s creation.” This is what really lies behind the idea that Anakin was to bring balance of the Force. Now, let me rephrase the quote in order to show what Star Wars is symbolizing. “[Anakin is the typification of the Lamb.] The Lamb’s wife [Queen Amidala/Padme] presents the unity of male [Luke] and female [Leia] as no longer two wedded individuals [Anakin and Padme], but as two individual natures in one [twins]; and this compounded spiritual individuality reflects God as Father-Mother, not as a corporeal being [even though they appear as corporeal beings in the story].” In the Star Wars Saga the male and female representatives of Christ are Luke and Leia, the Christ head Leader and the Christian body.
In Christian Science, however, the Lamb’s wife is more than just the Christian body of the Church, she is the second coming of Christ. The Lamb (Jesus) and the Lamb’s wife (Mary Baker Eddy) must be recognized as “two individual natures in one [Christ – Twin Suns, or two Lights (based upon Principle)]”. They are not to be seen as corporeal beings – a man who was crucified and resurrected and a little grey haired old lady who died on December 3, 1910.
What really brought Anakin Skywalker home was the recognition of his wholeness that he had never lost his Mother-God, that he had never lost his Bride (he never lost the ability to conceive “man in the idea of God” [S&H 582:14-15]), for his womanhood still existed via his daughter, the woman who is Mother (“Life, Truth, and Love” S&H 592:16) as bride (Life), daughter (Truth), and mother (Love). It was the wholeness of his Lamb Son and his Lamb’s mother-bride-sister (Womanhood as a whole) that awakened him from the Adam dream of mortality and he was able to overcome animal magnetism by throwing the red dragon into the pit. This wholeness, or holiness, is the “Holy Ghost. Divine Science; the development of eternal Life, Truth, and Love.” (S&H 588:7) These are a certain woman’s three measures of meal.
Let us compare the newest saga, The Force Awakens, to today’s situation. Today the Islam religion (the extremists) has turned to Hitler’s fascism (with Storm Troopers) and they hide behind ecclesiastic despotism that misinterprets its scholastic theology, thus the members wage war on what they call “infidels.” This war is really on Womanhood. Why do I say this? I say this because Christianity and its Science exist in our world because of the woman Mary Baker Eddy. All that is going on in the world is an attack upon this God-sent Woman. The Muslim religion has no Womanhood behind it when they hate their women so. They (the men) are willing to send their women into war; they are willing to kill their own children by using them as tools, by putting them in exploding vests or putting weapons in their hands.
The word infidel is defined as atheist (nonbelievers in God) in Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary. Yet Christians are not atheists, they do believe in God. But the Muslims do not accept that the Christians’ God is on their side. They believe that God is on their side and hates everyone else and will annihilate everyone in the world who will not turn to their way of thinking (sounds like the First Order to me)! Now, let us think of the First Order as being an ecclesiastical church called The First Church of Christ, Scientist. Is not the fact that Mary Baker Eddy’s own church has rejected their own Womanhood the result of today’s wars with the Islam extremists?
This type of mentality does not understand what God even is if they really believe that Mary Baker Eddy was a corporeal being, a little grey haired old lady. They have been misled, fooled by Palpatine the Sith (called Lord Sidious). Sidious, which sounds much like seditious, means: “disposed to arouse or take part in or guilty of sedition; of, relating to, or tending toward sedition” (Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary). Remember how Count Dooku sided with the Separatists (seditionists)? Sedition means “incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority” (ibid; my infuses). The lawful authority in Star Wars is the Jedi Temple. Seduce means “to lead away; to persuade to disobedience or disloyalty; to lead astray usu. by persuasion or false promises; to carry out the physical seduction of; attract; lure” (ibid).
What is interesting is that the good guys (a Republic – like the United States of America, home of Christian Science) in Star Wars are called the Resistance. Yet they represent right resistance. They resist the emperor’s mortal laws and mortal forces as having any true authority!  (Notice the comments made about this POST.  There is a difference between a Republic and a Democracy.  The United States of America is a Republic and “WE the people” of the United States need to stop thinking of the U. S. as a democracy.)
Is not it worth saying, then, that ecclesiastical despotism (Palpatine and his Sith Lords and army of Christian soldiers [who are not so Christianly]) represent The First Church Order (the system of Science) that is present in the newest movie?
The Islamic extremists believe that their prophet Mohammad is a true prophet. Christian Scientists (in the Church) believe that their prophet Jesus is a true prophet. The Muslims accept Jesus as a prophet yet they do not follow in his spiritual footsteps. The Christian Scientist Church-goers accept Jesus as the first coming of Christ yet they do not follow in his spiritual footsteps. If the Muslims did accept Jesus’ Way they would obey the Ten Commandments (God’s Law) and they would Love instead of hate. If the Christian Scientists did accept Jesus’ Way they would obey their Church Manual (God’s Law) and they would Love Mary Baker Eddy instead of hating her by following the estoppel clauses. Killing anyone (whether they are infidels or not) is hate and is not God’s Way. Excommunicating anyone without a righteous cause (whether they are believed to be loyalists of Mary Baker Eddy instead of being loyal to a board of directors) is hate and is not God’s Way.
It is a fact that the Islamic terrorists of today follow the ways of fascism. The German title that Adolf Hitler used, Der Fuehrer, means “the leader.” Hitler claimed to be leader of the world, he hated Christian Science, he was the anti-Christ (true infidel) who claimed to be the Leader; he denied Mary Baker Eddy as Leader of the world. Not just because she is a woman but also because she is the Lamb’s wife (the second coming of Christ). So we have the true meaning behind the war on Womanhood.
If Leia and Han had not had a son would there have been a way that Snoke (Smoke?) could rise up with a First Order? No. But let us think of Ben (named after Obi-Wan Kenobi), the son, as the twelfth son of Jacob, Benjamin. Ben is the son’s name when he follows the Light Side of the Force and Kylo Ren is the son’s name when he follows the Dark Side of the Force. Although I cannot find a definition of Kylo Ren I will tell you what I feel that they may mean. Kylo is probably close to meaning “crowned with laurels” so it points to the fact that Kylo Ren believes he is royalty, a son of the Force. He is a prince, in that he is (as Ben) the son of Princess Leia, daughter of Queen Amidala. Ren could mean “reborn.” So, Ben felt that he was reborn when he switched over to error (the Dark Side).
Benjamin (Jacob’s son). A physical belief as to life, substance, and mind; human knowledge, or so-called mortal mind, devoted to matter; pride; envy; fame; illusion; a false belief; error masquerading as the possessor of life, strength, animation, and power to act.” (S&H 582:4) This is the true meaning of Kylo Ren.
The second paragraph (definition of Benjamin) is what Ben (of the Obi-Wan Kenobi) really stands for.

“Renewal of affections; self-offering; an improved state of mortal mind; the introduction of a more spiritual origin; a gleam of the infinite idea of the infinite Principle; a spiritual type; that which comforts, consoles, and supports.” (S&H 582:9)

What is a “spiritual type”? It is something we hear of all the time in Christian Science. Before I explain this, let us remember that Ben (Kylo Ren) is the grandson of Anakin Skywalker.
     In S&H 541:6-13 Mary Baker Eddy is explaining Genesis 4:4, 5. {My interpolations.}
Genesis iv. 4, 5. And the Lord [Jehovah] had respect unto Abel {Ben}, and to his offering: but unto Cain {Kylo Ren}, and to his offering, He had not respect.
“Had God more respect for the homage bestowed through a gentle animal than for the worship expressed by Cain’s fruit? No; but the lamb was a more spiritual type of even the human concept of Love than the herbs of the ground could be.”
The lamb, a spiritual type, is reference to the Christ, the Son of God. Cain represents the First Degree: Depravity (the physical).   Able represents the Second Degree: Evil beliefs disappearing (the moral) while the spiritual type (the lamb) represents the Third Degree: Understanding (the spiritual). So Abel’s lamb prefigured God’s Lamb. The lamb represented beforehand the spiritual Lamb that is divine, but this Lamb comes to Earth as a human and divine coincidence (the Second Degree and Third Degree as one). Abel’s lamb, being sacrificed, prefigures the human (Second Degree) Jesus’ own sacrifice when he is nailed to the cross. Cain (the Jews and Romans who put Jesus on the cross) kills off his (their) own humanity (Abel) and becomes (become) surrounded by the Dark Side (mortality, depravity).
If Jesus (the first Advent of Christ) is represented as Anakin Skywalker then he is like the Grandfather of Ben Solo. If Mary Baker Eddy (the second Advent of Christ) is represented as Princess Leia then she is like the Mother of Ben Solo. If generic man (the third Advent of Christ) is Ben Solo then he must be redeemed.
My son pointed out to me that Kylo Ren was like the opposite of Darth Vader. Where Anakin did not really want to be evil or bad Ben (Ren) does want to be evil and bad. It took Palpatine many years to turn Anakin, but how long did it take Snoke to turn Ben? It seems as if Ben was a willing participant. While Anakin was more concerned with doing good, and he (for sure) was turned because he believed that he lost his Womanhood (his divine nature), or was going to lose it.
Snoke (Smoke?) is in charge of the First Order. If his name does have anything to do with smoke then we can see that he represents ridicule and suffering. Suffering has to do with the physical. We reach Love either through suffering of Science. The word suffer means “to permit, to allow” so in the physical we allow the five senses to ridicule all that is Holy, all that is of God, all that is Science (of the Jedi Way). When we refuse to practice Science we suffer physically.
Kylo Ren kills Han Solo, his father. In his deranged mind his father is already dead. The atheist (the anti-Christ) believes his Father-God is dead, does not exist. I am not sure what Han means, but this is interesting…Hanbal (meaning pure) is the founder of the Islamic school of thought. Are not the terrorists of today killing off Hanbal’s true teachings when they mistranslate their true meaning into the extreme? They believe that the First Degree (because it is first) is the highest degree; they do not understand that in reality the Third Degree is the Highest Degree.
The name Solo, I feel, is short for Solomon “peaceful”. King Solomon was the Son of David; he was very wise until he married many women (many minds of physical feminism). These wives got him into trouble, led him away from the Light Side of the Force, because they all had their own gods (many minds). King Solomon was also the king of Jerusalem (the city of peace). Today Jerusalem is home to the Jewish faith, the Muslim faith, and the Christian faith. They all say they follow the same God and yet they cannot seem to get along with each other! Why? Because they believe their God is of the First Degree even though He supposedly lives in heaven or Spirit (the Third Degree). Neither Jew, Muslim, nor Christian spiritually understands the God Being of “Divine Principle, Life, Truth, Love, Soul, Spirit, Mind.” (S&H 115:13) The Jews believe that God (Jehovah) is made in the image of man. The Muslims believe that God wants them to butcher and kill and if they do kill the nonbelievers then when they die they go to heaven and be given a lot of virgins. Do women Muslims get virgin men when they get to heaven? I doubt it. I ask, “Where do these virgins come from?” And if they have their way with these virgins then they are sinning because Jesus said that there is no marriage in heaven! So, evidently, their teaching goes against what Jesus taught, that they believe they can go to heaven and have sex is not Truth or Science. Most Christians, not all, believe that Jesus, a once physical man (because he resurrected the physical body), is God.
Christian Science teaches that there is no death, that death is an illusion. So Christian Science teaches that the path to heaven is not via death. Thus, Christian Science stands alone (all one with God) among human religions. When Jesus ascended to heaven (peace, harmony) the physical body was translated back to God, Spirit. Webster’s gives one definition of “translate” as “to convey [transport] to heaven [peace, harmony] or to a non-temporal condition without death”.[9] Jesus could not go to heaven after he died on the cross, he had to resurrect the dead body back to a living body before he could ascend (be transported home). Not even George Lucas, one writer of Star Wars, understands this point; he sees death as the pathway to spiritual existence.
George Lucas studied Joseph Campbell’s work (a man who studied myths and symbols). “Spiritual teaching must always be by symbols,” Mary Baker Eddy writes in Science and Health. Understanding myths helps you understand symbols. So the myth stories, full of symbols, were written (I believe) to help us understand our spiritual nature, our true being. Yet not all of these stories are correct in their teachings because they often teach that God is created in man’s image and likeness. The Bible is full of and based upon symbols, so to understand the Bible you must understand symbols. This is why the Bible is of so much importance, because, it teaches us that the first thing to understand (as it is presented in the first chapter of Genesis, the first book of the Bible) is that God created man in His image and likeness (as male and female) not the other way around (as Adam man presented in the second chapter of Genesis). The first religion (the First Degree) from Adam brain teaches that God resembles mortal man because that is what the five senses tell the physical man is reality.
What is the First Degree of depravity? Mary Baker Eddy defines it as: “Physical. Evil beliefs, passions and appetites, fear, depraved will, self-justification, pride, envy, deceit, hatred, revenge, sin, sickness, disease, death. (Unreality)” (S&H 115:20-24)
Is this not a very good description of the Dark Side of the Force?
But Christian Science, the only true religion, agrees with the Bible’s teaching that “God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.” (Genesis 1:27)
Christian Science makes it clear “that God made man in His own image, to reflect the divine Spirit. It follows that man is a generic term. Masculine, feminine, and neuter genders are human concepts. In one of the ancient languages the word for man is used also as the synonym of mind. This definition has been weakened by anthropomorphism, or a humanization of Deity. The word anthropomorphic, in such a phrase as ‘an anthropomorphic God,’ is derived from two Greek words, signifying man and form, and may be defined as a mortally mental attempt to reduce Deity to corporeality. The life-giving quality of Mind is Spirit, not matter. The ideal man corresponds to creation, to intelligence, and to Truth. The ideal woman corresponds to Life and to Love. In divine Science, we have not as much authority for considering God masculine, as we have for considering Him feminine, for Love imparts the clearest idea of Deity.
“The world believes in many persons; but if God is personal, there is but one person, because there is but one God. His personality can only be reflected, not transmitted. God has countless ideas, and they all have one Principle and parentage. The only proper symbol of God as person is Mind’s infinite ideal. What is this ideal? Who shall behold it? This ideal is God’s own image, spiritual and infinite. Even eternity can never reveal the whole of God, since there is no limit to infinitude or to its reflections” (S&H 516:28-517:24)
Because I work with symbols so much I am able to understand what lies behind a mythological story like Star Wars. But because Star Wars is not divine Scripture there are problems in having it all fall in line with Christian Science. But the lessons it teaches us, or the warnings it puts forth, should not be ignored and we can look to such movies as teaching devices up to a certain point. From that point we must turn to Science.

LIGHTSABER COLORS (the main ones seen by major characters)

Red stands for mortal mind (the Adam consciousness) that dwells in matter; the First Degree.
Green is for Life.
Blue is for Truth.
Violet is for Love.
The Jedi and Sith make their own lightsabers from a crystal. The crystal and Jedi are supposed to be attracted to each other.
Owners of red lightsabers are Darth Sidious (with a gold hilt; gold is a symbol of the divine, however since it belonged to Palpatine the gold would symbolize material wealth), Darth Maul (double blade = double minded), Count Dooku (also a Darth), Darth Vader, and Kylo Ren (the three lights to his saber resembles the T cross that Jesus was crucified on).
Jedi with green lightsabers are Yoda, Qui-Gon Jinn, and Luke Skywalker (in Return of the Jedi).
Jedi with blue lightsabers are Anakin Skywalker (which goes to Luke, and later to Rey) and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Jedi with a violet lightsaber is Mace Windu.
Likewise, laser shots from space vessels are usually seen as green (for the Republic or Rebels) and red (for the Empire).

Progressivism is today’s Communism

Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary tells us that socialism leads to communism, yet the United States government, as well as most of the world, practices socialism, has for many decades. A social security card is socialism. Welfare is socialism. Today there are government officials who practice and promote communism.
Methods used by communists are easy to spot if you know what to look for. One method is the use of lies and false propaganda. They use this method all the time in order to win over the mass (congregation of Christ). They will lie to your face and tell you that what they are telling you is the truth when it is a lie! And they keep telling you the same lies over and over and over thinking that through repetition of hearing it you will begin to believe the lies to be truth! When you know the truth and confront them with it the communist will label you with a bad name, like racist, bigot, womanizer, etc. Yet they are the ones guilty of being racists, bigots, and the haters of women. The ones at the top (the leaders) are capitalists (have a lot of money) yet they promote communism – where everyone beneath them has equal pay, with no chance for promotion or growth or opportunity.
They take the children away from the parents and brainwash them into believing their lies, their propaganda. Although they physically have not taken children away in the United States, they do practice the art of brainwashing in our public school systems. I know, because they tried to brainwash me when I was in school, and it has become much worse since I was in school. They hire left-winged liberals (socialist/communists) as the college professors where freedom of speech is frowned upon. Well, you can say anything you want to as long as it promotes the ideas of the communist manifesto!   In Star Wars Snoke takes the children to brainwash them and raise them as future Storm Troopers, his army of the First Order. Of course, the Jedi also take the younglings away from their parents. I am not sure why this would be unless there is a symbolic meaning behind it. Could it be that the Jedi take the younglings away from mortal minded parents because these parents believe that they are the creators of the younglings? The Jedi teach the younglings spiritual teachings, while the First Order (communists) brainwash the children to believe in a material world. They take them from the human parents because the children stood a chance of growing up with moral teachings, being able to recognize the difference between good and evil, being able to separate the wheat from the chaff.
This is the method (the use of animal magnetism) that communists and radical extremists of Islam use. And unfortunately, too many churches through their own ignorance teach their children incorrect teachings about God, Jesus, and Christianity.
A man (who left the ranks of communism) wrote a very important book on communism called Animal Farm. This book is often portrayed as being a children’s book. But it is not a children’s book, it was written for adults. The author of the book reveals the methods used by the communists, their methods are founded upon animal magnetism. If you read this book you will see how these methods are at work today in our governments around the world. We must wake up! If we do not wake up democracy will die with thunderous applause (applause from those who have been brainwashed and manipulated into believing and accepting lies as reality).
“Every Christian Scientist should know the nothingness of Fascism and Communism, for both would bind us so that we could not think, and human beings must be free to think. Anything that threatens free thought is dangerous and we should demonstrate its nothingness.”[10]

There is another aspect of the Force that does not follow in “The Way.” In the movies the Force is used to control people’s thoughts, or change their minds. The way it is done in the movie seems like fun, and it seems as if it would be cool to be able to control people like that, but it is not Christian Science to practice mind control. If we pray correctly about someone, who is out to do us harm, we do not enter into their conscious thought in order to get them to bend to our will. It is divine Mind that changes the thoughts of the criminal or murderer and changes their actions. This is accomplished when we refuse to accept the material lies being presented to us about persona. We must not stop there, however, we must spiritually understand what the Truth is about the material lies. We must know only God’s man, created in the image and likeness of God, the manner of Love that God has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the Son(s) of God.
The way the Force is presented in the movies, even when Obi-Wan Kenobi uses the Force to get the Storm Trooper to let them pass, is a use of animal magnetism. We must not be fooled into thinking that we can manipulate someone’s mind or thoughts through Christian Science. A change in thought comes about through our recognition of the one Mind, divine Mind, which is manifested and reflected in man as the Christ Mind.
The word Force, when used erroneously, is the use of forced will power (animal magnetism). If there actually were a true Force, it would have to be God’s divine Will being fulfilled.

[2] On the show William Shatner’s character had two other names, besides the Big Giant Head. His human (earth) name became Stone Phillips (borrowed from an NBC newsman), and his true identity name was King of the Universe. The Big Giant Head represented the First Degree, Stone Phillips represented the Second Degree, and King of the Universe represented the Third Degree. Likewise, I was destined to see William Shatner during my lifetime. The First Degree encounter was when I saw him in a play where he played a murderer. The second time, for the Second Degree, I met him face to face and we shook hands. The third time, for the Third Degree, I did not speak to him, but saw something in him that many around him that weekend missed out on. He was holding a little child and his face was so full of love for that child. That was a moment that I was privy to, and it meant way more to me than when I shook hands with him. This was how I experienced the Three Degrees of William Shatner.
Later on I also realized that this dream related to Christ and Christmas’s fourth illustration CHRISTMAS EVE. There is the big giant Christmas tree decapitated by the edge of the drawing. Within the tree is a floating head of what looks like, to me, a choirboy (shown directly below).
